For LibreOffice Writer in my case: 0.945s + 0.198s = 1.143 s (total startup time after cold boot)
The specific app was not opened once in the session before this test.

Reopening LibreOffice Writer is faster than one second.

0.875s + 0.106s = 0.981s

Software: PCLinuxOS -- XFCE -- Nvidia proprietary driver -- F2FS (root) file system -- LibreOffice version 7.6
Hardware: Intel 12600KF (stock) -- Kingston 6000 MHz CL40 -- GTX 650 1GB -- BIOSTAR B760MZ-E PRO -- Antec P6 -- Xilence XP550 -- ARCTIC i35 -- EVO 850 500GB

1.255s + 0.070s = 1.325s (LibreOffice Writer)

0.262s + 0.139s = 0.401s (OnlyOffice start menu)

This is the startup time for LibreOffice and OnlyOffice when I have opened and closed the apps twice.

Hardware: Intel 12600KF (stock) -- Kingston 6200 MHz CL36 -- Sapphire RX 7600 -- BIOSTAR B760MZ-E PRO -- Antec P6 -- Xilence XP550 -- ARCTIC i35 -- EVO 850 500GB
Software: Calculate Linux, KDE Plasma, Mesa open-source driver, XFS file system, LibreOffice 7.6.4.1, OnlyOffice 8.0.1
