hi. just wondering if anyone has encountered the same problem as me when modding their x800 pro VIVO voltages. I cant read the voltages as the capacitors are all insulated on the tops. i have tried to read the voltages from the topside of the pcb but i get readings nowhere near what is approximate on the HOW-TO guide. am i not going to be able to mod my card safely?

cheers

You have to make contact with either end of them. You may have to scratch at them a little bit first to make good contact.
