If anyone wants to help me dial in the OC, I made a new thread:

Dialing in the overlock on my new 12600kf, matured silicon process showing great results...

This 12600kf is probably one of the last ones being made, so the factory process has matured, same with Ryzen 5800x3d's which if you buy one now the node has matured enough you are pretty much promised -30 undervolt oc. Well, initially I was going to leave it at 1.260v 5.2 all core and 3.9...

My all purpose computer, i7-7820X with EVGA X299 FTW k (4channel memory, 28 Pcie lanes only due to cpu), 64GB Corsair Vengeance, powered by an EVGA SuperNOVA 1000G+ 80 Plus Gold

My work computer, i9-10980XE on an Asus X299 Prime Edition30 motherboard (4-channel memory and 48 Pcie lanes) with 64GB Corsair Vengeance Pro.
An Nvidia RTX A4000 graphics card.
An Asus Hyper m.2 pcie adapter card holding 4 X 2TB EVO 970 Pro NVMe m.2 SSD’s and two 1TB NVMe m.2 SSD’s on the motherboard.
Powering it all is a Corsair RM 750x.
I use this computer for testing simulations, deep learning projects, and renders before allocating time on a dedicated HPC Workstation.

It’s a Lian Li, don’t know which model.

I am aware or the cpu cooling tower and fan being oriented 90 degrees from normal. However, if oriented as intended, the heatsink conflicts with the small fan overtop the heatsink cooling the vrm’s. No worries, no matter how much I overclock the 7820x (only 8 cores, 16 threads) in its present orientation, it rarely exceeds 80C with the inexpensive CoolerMaster Hyper 212. Easily achieve a score of 12,000 multicore in R23, at 4.7 GHz all cores.

They go with my Asus Crosshair collection.... I'm not sure I'll be getting rid of those anytime soon as most of the newer AM4 boards are all for my daily crunching and folding setups

I'm rather pleased with that collection, all boxed and working too

And how could I forget after a long and painful weekend trying to work out what was going on with a bit of stability problems... My youngest and my eldest's PCs, all finished I guess until I do something daft again.......

I'm sure they'll handle Roblox and Plants Vs Zombies and so on

I'm loving those Thermalright coolers!!

Late night so bed time now but will try and get a few more pics uploaded tomorrow with the other few builds I've been working on

Dude, I am digging it. I wasnt going to swap coolers yet again.. but I think it looks alright. Just need to get another white fan for the cooler.. since it ended up being hte exhaust

I mean.. technically.. I dont even need a fan on the cooler.. it is just for posterity with this CPU :laugh:

Yes, that's a 1000w SFX-L PSU jammed under the GPU, and yes I desperately need to either get another PSU or another ITX X570 board. This isn't a long term solution.

The case has feet and given I'm using the entirely wrong size PSU without a proper length cable kit and starving half the card and the PSU itself of air by running them this way (but temps are fine on both, I've checked) that's the least of my problems.

There's literally nothing in the bottom chamber but the power cable running to the PSU (which is in the main chamber, as discussed/pictured) so that doesn't matter.

Oh I didn't notice the PSU wasn't in the compartment until now, I was going to say you might be blocking air and the PSU was sucking in carpet fluff and dust in the compartment.
