Performed Mods:
Cut out top panel and mounted Thermochill PA120.3 Rad. Lasercut radgrill for PA120.3. Powdercoated the case. custom HD rad bracket to fit front dual rad. custom pump bracket. sleeved psu cables. perforated alum on 5.25 drivebay side. lasercut name plate.
My Goal: The goal i was aiming are the words "Simple" and "Elegant"..the lian li pc-a77 itself is a beauty in its own way. modding it heavily may ruin its minimalistic approach and thus for me is a beauty wasted. thus the theme for my rig, "Simple yet Elegant".

Post your commentwow , i need one like it , cool
Where the hell are your cables? Excellent!
nota 10 super maquina amigo parabéns
are you even using cables?????
I've been following your work log, & have to say what a great job you did, the amount of time that you put into the W/M alone. & the placement of the Rad's. Smart, Clean, & really sharp looking Build. this is why I chose to rate your Rig a 10. Some pictures I thought you should have added.

one of the sickest and tightest watercooled case i've seen hands down. the uv blue dye makes it even better :D great job knet :D
10/10 vote.. its nicely done bro..^_^
Good job love it mybe i should paint my OCZ ram cooler looks better black
Ah, I've been waiting to get to vote on this beast. I love it and I love your goal of 'simple yet elegant'. Incredible job! It's an 10/10 no-brainer from me.
Perfect cable managment AND modification!! Tasteful and uniformed color scheming. Excellent presentation. About the only thing I could even think about dinging you on is the way the tubes turn into a bit of a knot around the Vid cards, but I know that is a result of you wanting to use large diameter tubing and minimal angled fittings... so it is unavoidable. You did a great job of making the knot as neat as it can be, though.
Great job. This rig deserves to be ranked above mine!

Very beautiful, clean and sleek. 10/10 for sure! Good job!
Disgustingly clean, yet sleek and sexy.
10 for sure.
10 for sure.
10/10, beautifully done. Not so much color like the usual watercooled system. Great choice of case too! Gotta love Lian Li.
I Followed your work log myself. And I must say that the time/money you spent on this mod really pays off. Not only is this a FANTASTIC job.. but very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Your loops are perfect in every way. This LCS is one of the best ive seen in a long time. And the wire sleeving is outstanding and the and your wire management is top notch! I rate 10/10 CHEERS BRO! Great job =]
One thing... is there any way we could get you to post your temps/volts/and clock speed info?

32c,28c,25c,23c. i need to lap my cpu hsf as its not really flat. temps delta for load is around 10c higher than the idle.
cpu is a q6600 @ 3.6ghz 1.450v. mobo has a bit of vdroop.
by: knet370;893582Thanks =]

By the way knet.. i was over at extreme systems and finnally saw that dualbrain is trying to get your rig on the site(million-dollar-pc.com) Just so you know im NOT registered to xtreme systems but i was the first to report your rig out to dualbrain. Ive prolly summited 10 times till i noticed that he was over in exteme systems forum talking directly to you..I want to be the first to say this.. You deserve it bro! Keep up the awsome modding love the work and i hope to see your rig in MDPC soon!
i had a brain-storm... what if you inclosed the pumps with the same mesh.. Where th back of the PSU ends to the HDD cage that would hide those pumps and then you could make the Thessa tag bigger and place it there, I bet Dualbrain would love that shit. I know i would. =]

thank you very much for the recommendation sir. im still fixing out some small bits that needs to be altered. im yet to do a pcb cover on those green ugly vga pcb's. ill be making a lasercut plexi with some small grill stripes and then on top is a mesh same as the side 5.25 cover.
by: _jM;900004i have tried it before but i think dualbrain wouldnt like it.

im using 3/8id 5/8 od primoflex pro lrt tubes
Very nice, industrial/scifi in a classy way.
One remark though, that space where the rear fan normally goes looks a bit like a-space-where-the-fan-normally-goes, perhaps that can be improved, change the shape of it maybe or something, it now does have a smidgen of the 'boarded up house' look and doesn't fit the rest really, in my eyes.

by: knet370;900455Interesting, they must have changed materials because I have the smaller version and they are way too heavy to be plated aluminum.

koolance site say its alum.. :( although it does look very nice
COV-PMP02P is a nickle-plated aluminum nozzle base for the Koolance PMP-450 pump (sold separately). It allows flow to be specifically directed for increased pump performance, or broader chassis integration.
OMG thats amazing, not sure if its simple, lol. Great work 10/10 :)
