They had a 1366 V8 before they had the TRUE 1366 bracket. I was offered one when I bought my x58. The TRUE weighs less and cools better.

Amazing case the V8 looks cool but 8/10 for it because it's not about what looks the best, it's about the best thing for your PC. TRUE or water on the CPU please.

andrewsmcbenchmark of any kind??
i havent ran any benchmarks as yet since i just put together this pc just a few days ago....im in the process of installing all the programs and games atm. the only thing i can say is that i ran crysis warhead on full enthusiast, 1680 x 1050, no AA and got 68 fps average. :)

10/10 excellent job

And I dont think like Binge said whats best for your computer - 8/10 if that was the case every computer in here would get lower ratings.

Really nice build, The V8 looks awesome,, I just bought one, but waiting for parts to mod it,, I wanted the true for a long time,, but picked the V8 instead, because it has a better mounting setup. Again great build, & great hardware. 10/10

First off, great system. 9/10

Second... where did you buy that case window? I've checked the Lian Li website, but it doesn't look like they sell them directly. I also checked Newegg (nothing) and FrozenCPU (their own, really expensive version). I want that case, but only if I can get that window.

depending where you're from, u can go to the lian li website and check the 'where to buy' section by choosing your country/region (www.lian-li.com/v2/en/where/where.php). Since im from Australia it came up with a list of suppliers....you then click on the suppliers website - but just be wary since this list is only the 'supplier' ...when you go to the supplier website then they will give u a list of 'vendors' which use that supplier. i got my Lian Li 2010B window from the vendor www.i-tech.com.au

BTW i love the case! its big...really really big! has precut holes for water system, duel power supply tray, removable motherboard tray, memory and CPU 120mm fan and more.. but just be aware that there r some drawbacks such as being extremely heavy, plus the panels are quite difficiult to remove and insert.

update as of 20/1/09

have replaced frontal intake fans with a massive 90 and 110 CFM airflow LED Fans!! and have added 10cm green LEDs near the DEEPCOOL HDD red fans to visually accentuate that area more. will wait till GTX 300 comes out in Dec'09 and will duel SLI those then. :) But for the next few months, dont think there will be much changes - spent WAAAY too much time and money on it so far! LOL ill keep it as it is for now.

Games so far that i have played on MAX settings, full native res and with resultant >60fps average:

Crysis DX10 ( 2x AA)
Crysis Warhead DX10 ( 2x AA)
Red Alert 3 (full AA)
COD4: Modern Warfare (full AA)
COD4: WaW (full AA)
Mass Effect (full AA)
Bioshock (does not have AA)
Fallout 3 (full AA)
Company of Heroes DX10 (full AA)
Dead Space
Far Cry2 DX10 (8QAA)
Mirror's Edge PhysX (full 16QAA)
Prince of Persia (full AA)
Unreal Tournament 3 PhysX update (forced 16QAA)
World in Conflict (full 16QAA)
Stalker Clear Sky (full AA)
Assassin's Creed (full AA)
FEAR (full AA)
Supreme Commander
Left 4 Dead (full 16QAA)

The only game that doest run >60fps average is GTAIV which sruggles---most ppl on net saying not 100% compatible with SLI and it's a bad and buggy port from console..so it doesnt really count. still waiting for my gaming rig to be pushed to the limit :) perhaps upcoming FEAR 2 will strain it a little more

8/10 love the system. I would of chosen different fans, coolant and a fan controller but thats personal choice only thing I didn't like is the Decals went overboard.
