Performed Mods:
I've used old metal case as a skeleton, It's covered with 1/2 inch Oak plywood and then all types of moulding.
Metal skeleton was taken of the old case, everything else was crafted. I've used couple of colors to give it an interesting look. Here are some images and a youtube video.
