For those actually contemplating to purchase a GTX 295, lol, do not waste your hard earned $$$. I had one, did the math, returned it, got an i7, mobo, and ram, then got these 2 4870 1g puppies for $149.99 ea and now I'm getting same or more performance. Quad SLI is a good concept, and if I was rich I would totally go for it, BUT, DX11 is comming out, so why blow up all that $$$ just to be outdated in a couple of months? The 1G ver makes a huge difference in benchmarks, at the neck when in CF with the GTX280's and right under the GTX285's in SLI. I have done MANY benchmarks, with different hardware.
