Still trying to figure out what to do with some of the cables at the bottom, Most of the cables are routed right out from the power supply behind the motherboard tray, with the exception of the HDD power and Graphics Card power cords.

I like your set up. How are your cpu temps? I have the same cooler and I love it. Do you have the fan blowing air out or in? Here is my rig.

Max temp after an hour of prime 95 is 73 C. I love it too, i have the fan on the back of the case blowing air into the case, then another infront of the intercooler now for the push pull setup, thermal paste is OCZ freeze
A little plexiglass, alittle black paint and some velcro and poof wires hidden...Looks good 8/10
