I took all those parts out of PCs from a dump, they all work quite well.Further i found 2 other socketA processors(Thunderbird-1GHz and AthlonXP 2600+).I put the components into a drawer because it is smaller than normal atx cases and used passiv coolers for the Via chipset and the grfx-card. So the "computer" is really silent with the CPU cooler and the passive coolers. i have overclocked it to 1320MHz (12x110) and it runs stabile.
It just works excellent with NT Workstation4 as OS. WinXp doesnt run that good, so i decided to install an older OS.Havent tested SuperPi or 3dmark03 yet, but it wont be an amazing score... A free silent PC with spares, do you want anything more?

Id actually invest In taking that wood, sanding it down, put a window over it, just make it look cool you know? Even though its old, but its still a good set up
