All case fans are connected into a toggle switch to toggle them between 5v and 12v. I removed the fan from the intel heatsink and turned it into a hard drive cooler. I attacted fan onto nvida graphics card and replaced the thermal paste on it
I had to build this for as cheap as i could, Came to about £250. This is the first pc that i have built from scratch.

A good start. Perhaps a bit of cable routing to hide them from the window. Love the fans on the GFX and HDD.

I am thinking about getting rid of the ide cables and using sata. I would need to get a couple of ide to sata adapter for my hard drive and optical drive. I could cable wrap the rest of the cables as well.

Cool idea. Does that work?

Anyone? Not that I'm worried.

I have sata hard drives and rounded ide cables for my DVD-RW.

Not that it makes any difference. I have no windows in my case :p

OMG! Cables! I gave you a 7. Don't like the wiring job, case is fine, even the blue.

Good job for a first try. I remember my first couple of comps ended up in the garbage.. Yours is a lot nicer than my first. Keep up the good work.

That is the best use for an intel fan, I even wired it into the toggle switch
