Thermaltake Announce Level 20 RGB Battlestation Gaming Desk for an Extraordinary $1,199

Thermaltake have announced the Level 20 RGB Battlestation Gaming Desk, the ultimate gaming desk for gamers (certainly not) on a budget. The Level 20 includes an RGB lighting strip on the edges of the desk, for when you are feeling that particularly kaleidoscopic fondness, and want to cut on turning on your ceiling's lighting. The desk is electrically adjustable (a feature I've always found slightly underwhelming in the premium/usefulness department), with memory for a total of four different height adjustments - particularly useful if you had Tyrion pass by your house in the intervening time.

The RGB is software controllable (Alexa and Razer Chroma are supported), and the entire surface is adequate for (computer) mice to roll through. Its height can be adjusted between 70 - 110 cm, and the top is a 165 cm x 75 cm affair, which should be more than enough space for everything you're cramming on top of your desk right now. And if you want this piece of kit in your life, rest assured that it only costs $1,199. It's a matter of value, on your mind, as a customer. Just beware the shipping doesn't end up more expensive than the Battlestation itself: this thing weighs 75 Kg inside the packaging.

Thermaltake Riing Duo 14 Fans Come with a Double Shot of RGB LED Lighting

For those who need the most RGB goodness out of their radiator fans, Thermaltake has come out with the Riing Duo 14. Twelve LEDs are studded into the frame, and six into the impeller; the eighteen LEDs, along with those of the other two fans in the set, take commands from an included TT RGB Plus controller. This controller interfaces with your software over a USB 2.0 header, and in addition to software control, supports Amazon Alexa. As fans, each Riing Duo 14 take in 4-pin PWM input, spin between 500 to 1,400 RPM, push up to 60.87 CFM of air, and have a maximum noise output of 26.2 dBA. The hydraulic bearings assure lifespan of 40,000 hours. The company didn't reveal pricing.

Touring NETGEAR at CES 2019: Wi-Fi 6 Takes Center Stage!

The gift that is CES keeps on giving! We go over the NETGEAR suite, and it was more of an entire floor, in this article with the company showing off their involvement in every networking sector imaginable- the professional environment, consumer and retail networking solutions, and smart home devices. Indeed, stepping off the elevator itself led to a hallway lined with Meural canvasses, which are very well built frames that have an integrated display to show off images of your choosing. This public hallway had generation 2.0 canvasses, with the new-for-CES generation 3.0 series inside the show room that encompasses four different frame options in two different sizes- the currently available 27" version, and the newer 21.5" size for those wanting something smaller.

Meural canvasses can be used in landscape or portrait configurations, and supports a library of over 30,000 curated art images at an optional membership cost of $49.95/year. The new generation is available from August 2019, with the new screens having a wider color gamut and a truer-to-life display, that was impressive. These are definitely for a niche audience, however, but I can appreciate NETGEAR wanting to provide more use cases for their networking solutions. The current Gen 2.0 27" canvas starts at $595 (dimensions with the frame are larger than 27"), and an optional pivoting stand with more display I/O options is an additional $49.95 for when you want to have your own images connected to it. For the rest of the tour, be sure to read past the break!
