Dynatron Rolls Out L15 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler

Dynatron earlier this week rolled out the L15, an all-in-one, closed-loop, liquid CPU cooler. This cooler features a radiator-mounted pump, so the CPU water-block is considerably slimmer for a cooler that's capable of handling thermal loads of up to 250 W. The 240 mm x 120 mm radiator comes with a pair of 120 mm dual ball-bearing PWM fans that can turn at speeds ranging between 600 to 2,400 RPM, pushing 23 to 92 CFM of air-flow, with noise output ranging between 16 to 38 dBA. The cooler supports the latest Intel LGA1200 and LGA115x sockets, and AMD AM3+ (or older) sockets, although the company does not mention AM4 support in its data-sheet. The company didn't reveal pricing.

DeepCool Intros GAMMAXX L240 A-RGB and L360 A-RGB AIO Liquid CPU Coolers

DeepCool today updated its GAMMAXX line of all-in-one liquid closed-loop CPU coolers, with the new GAMMAXX L240 A-RGB and L360 A-RGB. These are functionally the same coolers as the GAMMAXX L-series, but with a handful updates, such as an ambient air pressure balancer, and new addressable-RGB LED lighting elements on the pump-block and the included 120 mm fans. Each of the included 120 mm A-RGB fans spins between 500 to 1,800 RPM, pushing up to 69.34 CFM of air-flow, at up to 2.42 mm H₂O static pressure, and up to 30 dBA noise output. The fans feature hydro-dynamic bearings. Among the CPU socket types supported include AM4, LGA1200, and LGA2066. The company didn't reveal pricing.

Noctua's Upcoming Fanless Passive CPU Cooler Pictured

Noctua revealed their prototype passive cooler at Computex 2019 it weighed in at 1.5 kg and could dissipate 120 W passively or 180 W with quiet case fans. The prototype included mounting for both AM4 and LGA 115x sockets with the cooler able to keep an Intel i9-9900K cool under load. Noctua has been working towards releasing a commercial passive cooler in Q1 2021. This new cooler has recently been pictured by @FanlessTech and is reportedly about to enter mass production. Noctua is likely to announce more information about this new cooler in the coming months.

Phanteks Announces Glacier One All-in-One Liquid CPU Coolers

Phanteks today announced their very first all-in-one liquid CPU coolers, the Glacier One 240MP, 240MPH, 280MP and 360MP. Developed in collaboration with Asetek, they are capable of cooling powerful CPUs while operating silently. The Glacier One is optimized to offer a noise-performance ratio that is best in class with the new silent Phanteks MP fans that now have a higher maximum RPM (2000-2200RPM). The new 120/140 MP PWM fans are premium cooling fans designed with radiators and heatsinks in mind and will also be available separately with the Glacier One launch.

Jonsbo Intros CR-2100 Dual Fin-stack CPU Cooler

Jonsbo today introduced the CR-2100, an aluminium dual fin-stack CPU cooler. Its design involves six 6 mm-thick copper heat-pipes, which draw heat directly from the base, conveying it to two aluminium fin-stacks, which are ventilated by a pair of included fans in push-pull fashion. Both fin-stacks are capped by a plastic top-plate that features a Jonsbo logo ornament. The cooler just about makes it under the 160 mm cooler height limits of most mid-tower cases, measuring 120 mm x 159 mm x 134 mm (WxHxD), weighing 900 g. Each of the two included 120 mm fans spins between 700 to 1,500 RPM, pushing up to 62.8 CFM of air, with up to 29.5 dBA noise output. Among the CPU socket types supported are LGA1200, AM4, LGA115x, and LGA2066. The company didn't reveal pricing.

Super Flower Intros Neon 122 CPU Cooler

Super Flower, known more for its power supplies, entered the PC cooling products market with the Neon 122 CPU air cooler. The cooler features a tower-type aluminium fin-stack heatsink that's ventilated by a single 120 mm fan. Four 6 mm-thick copper heat pipes make direct contact with the CPU at the base, pulling heat through the aluminium fin-stack, where it is dissipated to the 38.5 CFM airflow of the 120 mm hydraulic bearing fan that spins between 800 to 1,800 RPM, with a noise output of up to 23 dBA. The top-plate of the heatsink features a silicone diffuser and a brushed aluminium bezel. This diffuser is studded with 32 addressable RGB LEDs. The fan, too, features 8 LEDs in the impeller hub, diffused through the frosted impeller. Super Flower claims that the Neon 122 can handle thermal loads of up to 120 W (TDP). Measuring 127 mm x 156 mm x 76 mm (WxHxD), it weighs 700 g. The company didn't reveal pricing.

EK Water Blocks May Be Preparing a Thermoelectric CPU Cooler

In a recent YouTube video from Linus Tech Tips titled "The Fastest Gaming PC in the World!...For Now!" a new cooler from EK Water Blocks is shown. The cooler is paired with a binned Intel Core-i9 10900K running 5.4 GHz and 360 mm front radiator. The cooler was largely censored but we can see a number of cables coming off the block including a PCI-E power cable which helps the suggestion that the cooler is a thermoelectric cooling device (TEC) utilizing the Peltier effect to transfer heat from the CPU. Thermoelectric coolers require significant power to run with the EK cooler in question being used in a 1600w power supply system. Thermoelectric coolers aren't a new invention but haven't taken off in the PC realm due to power and cost concerns so it will be interesting to see if EK is able to buck the trend.

Arctic Announces the Liquid Freezer II 420 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler

Arctic today expanded its Liquid Freezer II line of all-in-one, closed-loop, liquid CPU coolers, with its largest variant—Liquid Freezer II 420. This cooler uses a 38 mm-thick 420 mm x 140 mm radiator, which is ventilated by a trio of 140 mm fans, with the coolant pressure of the pump-block adjusted to match the large radiator. The pump-block features a tiny 40 mm fan that spins between 1,000-3,000 RPM, to maintain airflow near the CPU VRM area. The pump's impeller does 800 to 2,000 RPM. Among the CPU socket types supported are LGA1200, AM4, LGA115x, and LGA2066 (no sTR4/sTRX4 support). Arctic includes three Arctic P14 PWM fans, which feature fluid-dynamic bearings, spin between 200 to 1,700 RPM, pushing 72.8 CFM of air, each. Available now, the Liquid Freezer II 420 is priced at 120€ (including VAT).

SilverStone Introduces PermaFrost PF360W and PF240W AIO CPU Coolers

SilverStone today introduced white color trims of two of its PermaFrost series all-in-one, closed-loop, liquid CPU coolers. These include the PF360W with its 360 mm x 120 mm radiator, and the PF240W with its 240 mm x 120 mm radiator. The white trim extends from the pump-block body, through the Nylon sleeving of the coolant tubes, onto the radiator (including its aluminium fins), and the included Air Blazer 120RW fans.

The pump-block features an ARGB LED ornament with SilverStone's characteristic snowflake logo, and each of the included fans features ARGB LEDs at the impeller hub, with the impeller serving as a diffuser. Both models include an RGB controller module that cycles between 10 lighting presets, although you can directly plug the cooler into a 3-pin ARGB header of your motherboard for software control. Each of the included Air Blazer 120RW fans turn at speeds ranging between 600 and 2,200 RPM, pushing up to 92 CFM of air-flow with 3.53 mm H₂O static pressure, and 7.4 to 35.6 dBA noise output. Among the CPU socket types supported are LGA1200, AM4, LGA115x, and LGA2066. The company didn't reveal pricing.

ID-Cooling today unveiled the Ice Flow ARGB Snow line of all-in-one liquid closed-loop CPU coolers. These are essentially a whitewash of the original Ice Flow ARGB series the company unveiled in July 2020. With silvery white taking over the cooler's CPU block, its Nylon tubing sleeves, the radiator (including its aluminium fins), the compound fan's frame, and the impeller. The impeller is still studded with addressable RGB LEDs at the hub. A unique feature with the Ice Flow ARGB series is the location of the pump+reservoir, which is at the radiator, rather than integrated with the CPU water block. The Ice Flow ARGB flow debuts with a 240 mm x 120 mm variant that has a dual impeller compound fan. The cooler has the same specs and cooling capacity (of 250 W) as the original. The company didn't reveal pricing.

ARCTIC Announces Freezer 50 CPU Cooler

This month, a true cooling giant is increasing ARCTIC's extensive range of high-performance CPU coolers: the multi-compatible dual tower cooler Freezer 50. Gloves off for the next round: ARCTIC's Freezer 50 TR successfully took on the challenge of taming the monster CPU, AMD's Ryzen Threadripper. be quiet!, the market leader for PC power supplies in Germany since 2007, announces Shadow Rock 3 White. Instead of the silver/black bi-color scheme of the original version, the new cooler sports a white/black design that will feel right at home in fitting color-themed builds. Shadow Rock 3 White boasts a similar cooling capacity as the original silver version, which was released in March 2020. It is rated at an impressive 190 W TDP thanks to its advanced heat sink design and heat pipe layout, and the included Shadow Wings 2 high-speed fan.

Shadow Rock 3 White implements five 6 mm heat pipes with heat pipe direct touch (HDT) technology. The heat pipes are in direct contact with the processor surface, which results in fast heat transfer from the CPU to the heat sink. Shadow Rock 3 White comes with a black fan, offering a neat contrast to the white electrophoretic coating of the heat pipes and heat sink. This Shadow Wings 2 120 mm PWM high-speed fan is decoupled from the heat sink and offers a silent operation at no higher than 24.4 dB(A), even at maximum speed. SilverStone Announces the IceGem Line of AIO Liquid CPU Coolers

SilverStone today rolled out the IceGem line of all-in-one, closed-loop, liquid CPU coolers. The IceGem comes in three variants based on radiator size, the IceGem 360 (360 mm x 120 mm), IceGem 280 (280 mm x 140 mm), and the IceGem 240P (240 mm x 120 mm). It's pertinent to note here, that while the radiators of the 360 and 280 variants are 28 mm thick, the 240P stands out with a thicker 38 mm radiator. The IceGem series is characterized by a large, somewhat octagonal pump-block unit with a crystal crown-like acrylic ARGB diffuser ornament on top; Nylon sleeved tubing, the latest-generation 3-phase, 6-pole pump-block design, and a large rectangular cold-plate that has enough surface area to cover even the largest AMD Threadripper processors. All three variants in the series support sockets TR4 and sTRX4, besides LGA1200/115x, AM4, and LGA2066.

The radiator features aluminium finnage, and depending on the model, two or three pressure-optimized fans with ARGB lighting. The 240P and 360 variants include 120 mm fans that turn at between 600 to 2,200 RPM, pushing up to 93.4 CFM of airflow, 3.18 mm H₂O static pressure, and 7.3 to 36.6 dBA noise output, each. SilverStone rates the 240P variant as being capable of handling thermal loads of up to 280 W, the 280 variant up to 320 W, and the top 360 variant up to 350 W. All three variants are backed by 3-year warranties, although in some markets the warranty could be as high as 5-year. The IceGem 240P is priced at USD $139.99, the IceGem 280 at $159.99, and the IceGem 360 at $169.99.

GELID Solutions have recently unveiled a new 1U low profile cooler for the AMD AM4 socket. The SLIM SILENCE AM4 is a product of GELID Solutions SILENT product line. Four 6 mm-thick copper heat pipes make direct contact with the CPU at the base, conveying heat through the fin-stack, which is ventilated by a ZALMAN Dual Blade 120 fan. The fan features a split-blade impeller, hydraulic bearings, and ARGB LEDs in the impeller hub. It spins at 800 to 1,500 RPM, pushing 61.52 CFM of air, at 27 dBA max noise. The cooler comes in two color trims, white and black. Measuring 158 mm x 132 mm x 85 mm (HxWxD), it weighs 740 g. Among the CPU sockets supported are AM4, LGA1200, LGA115x, and LGA2066. Cougar Intros Aqua ARGB AIO Liquid CPU Coolers

Cougar today introduced the Aqua ARGB line of all-in-one, closed-loop, liquid CPU coolers. It is available in three variants based on radiator size - the Aqua ARGB 360 (360 mm x 120 mm), Aqua ARGB 280 (280 mm x 140 mm), and Aqua ARGB 240 (240 mm x 120 mm). All three include a cuboidal pump-block design with ARGB LED diffusers at the top, along with an illuminated Cougar logo; and the company's VA-series ARGB fans (either 120 mm or 140 mm, depending on the variant).

The cooler includes an ARGB controller with an RF remote control, so you can set lighting, color, and pattern presets on the fly. The VA120 fan included with the 360 and 240 variants spin at 600 to 2,000 RPM, pushing up to 74 CFM of air at up to 2.78 mm H₂O pressure, and 39.55 dBA max noise, each. The announcement was accompanied by an image of the upcoming cooler which appears to be a different design for the company with a dual-fan single tower setup. The 5 in "5OON" indicates this will likely be a successor for the CRYORIG H5 series of CPU coolers which are designed for enthusiast applications up to 160 W. This new design will likely bring increased performance and better position CRYORIG to compete with Noctua and be quiet!, CRYORIG did not confirm when this new cooler will be released or what price it will retail for.
