EK Water Blocks, Ljubljana based premium computer liquid cooling gear manufacturer, is proud to introduce a new Full-Cover water block, designed and engineered specificaly for EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Classified K|NGP|N Edition graphics cards - the EK-FC980 GTX Classy KPE.

EK-FC980 GTX Classy KPE - with Classy KPE standing as Classified K|NGP|N Edition abbrevation - is a high-performance Full-Cover water block, designed for EVGA non-reference Classified K|NGP|N Edition GeForce GTX 980 graphics cards. The cooler actively cools the GPU, RAM as well as VRM (voltage regulation module) as water flows directly over these critical areas thus allowing the graphics card and it's VRM to remain stable under high overclocks.

EK Releases GeForce GTX TITAN X Water Blocks

EK Water Blocks, Ljubljana based premium computer liquid cooling gear manufacturer, is proud to introduce Full-Cover water block for NVIDIA reference (NVA-PG600) design GeForce GTX TITAN X graphics card. EK-FC Titan X directly cools the GPU, RAM as well as VRM (voltage regulation module) as water flows directly over these critical areas thus allowing the graphics card and it's VRM to remain stable under high overclocks.

EK-FC Titan X water block features EK unique central inlet split-flow cooling engine design for best possible cooling performance, which was introduced for the first time with the EK-FC980 GTX. Such system also works flawlessly with reversed water flow without adversely affecting the cooling performance. Moreover, such design offers great hydraulic performance allowing this product to be used in liquid cooling systems using weaker water pumps.

Unlike greases, metallic thermal interface pads or liquid metal alloys, Indigo XS is a self-contained and sealed structure, deploying a Phase Change Metallic Alloy (PCMA) which reflows and fills surface asperities on the CPU lid and heat sink.

New EKWB Water Block Available for GIGABYTE X99 Motherboards

GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY Co. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards is proud to present a series of new liquid cooling solutions made by EK Water Blocks. The Slovenia based liquid cooler manufacturer announced earlier this month a new series of motherboard water cooling solutions especially designed for the GIGABYTE X99 series Intel Core i7 LGA-2011-3 socket motherboards.

The EK-FB KIT GA X99 is a complete water cooling solution, made with a base of nickel-plated electrolytic copper while the top is made of quality POM Acetal or acrylic glass material (depending on the variant). Tailor designed for GIGABYTE X99 series motherboards, the coolers consist of two separate water blocks; one water block directly cools the Intel X99 chip while the other takes care of the power regulation area.

Galaxy GeForce GTX 770 HOF ICE to Feature Frosty White FC Block

Galaxy's HOF (hall of fame) line of graphics cards for overclockers is characterized by the company's unique choice of white colored PCBs. The company is giving final touches to a GeForce GTX 770-based graphics card that's prepped for liquid cooling, and comes with a factory-fitted, full-coverage water-block. The block is unlike anything we've seen before. Its top and fitment ports are frosty white, with a brushed aluminium accent along its center-right. The actual card isn't pictured yet, but something tells us that Galaxy could reuse the PCB of its air-cooled GTX 770 HOF. We're not sure who's behind the block, but given that EKWB designed frosty-white blocks for Galaxy/KFA2 cards in the recent past, Galaxy may have approached it for the goods. There's no word on when Galaxy will launch the liquid-cooled GTX 770 HOF.

EKWB Unveils EK-FC R9-295X2 for Radeon R9 295X2

EK Water Blocks unveiled the first pictures of its full-coverage water block for AMD Radeon R9 295X2. It takes a meaty block to cool the 500-Watt dual-GPU monstrosity, which is also the fastest graphics card money can buy. The EK-FC R9-295X2 from EK is one of the few full-cover blocks that feature coolant channels that actually span the entire obverse length of the card. The channel is designed in a way that coolant is distributed uniformly to both the GPU systems, their neighboring memory, and the central portion of the card, housing its feisty VRM and PCIe bridge chip. The block comes in two variants, one with clear acrylic top over the two GPUs, with an aluminum central top; and one with opaque acetal top instead of clear acrylic. The two blocks come in two further variants, clear copper and nickel-plated copper block material. To top it all off, EK appears to either be bundling, or separately selling a single-slot expansion bracket for the card (a carryover from its HD 7990 block).

EK Introduces the EK-Thermosphere Universal GPU Water Block

EK-Thermosphere is a high performance universal GPU water block built off EK-Supremacy cooling engine, designed specifically for the use with EK-FC Terminal interconnects in multiple graphics card system. Other heat generating components (such as RAM and VRM integrated circuit) need alternative cooling method (fan and/or self adhesive heatsinks).

"We're pleased to introduce our new conceptually new universal GPU water block," said Niko Tivadar, EK-Thermosphere main designer and Product Manager of EKWB. "EK-Thermosphere is a new addition to our Clean CSQ industrial design line and features very slim construction, thanks to completely new architecture. Unmatched thermal performance and even more straight-forward installation procedure than before are key features of this product. Hooking up liquid cooling to four GPUs has never been easier."

PowerColor Radeon R9 290X PCS+ Unveiled

PowerColor may have been the first AMD add-in board vendor to launch a custom-design Radeon R9 290X graphics card with its R9 290X LCS, which is basically an AMD reference PCB with a factory-fitted EKWB FC-R9-290X water-block; but its air-cooled non-reference cards have been nowhere in sight, until now. PowerColor posted these pictures of the Radeon R9 290X PCS+, its premium factory-overclocked and air-cooled graphics card based on AMD's flagship GPU. The company's Radeon R9 290 (non-X) PCS+ is expected to look identical.

Pictures reveal the card's PCB to be largely based on AMD's reference design, perhaps with variations on the choice of components. PowerColor has a knack of splurging on expensive, high-quality components on its PCBs (think International Rectifier and Coilworks VRM components, Samsung and SK Hynix memory chips, etc.), and we expect a similar treatment for the R9 290X PCS+. The two-slot cooling solution featured on this card is making its debut with it. It features a network of aluminium fin stacks to which heat is fed by copper heat pipes, and which are ventilated by a trio of 80 mm fans. PowerColor didn't reveal clock speeds, launch date, or pricing.
