Infortrend Launches U.2 NVMe Scale-out NAS Solution

Infortrend Technology, Inc., the industry-leading enterprise storage provider, has launched U.2 SSD solution for EonStor CS scale-out NAS. Synology Officially Launches DSM 7.0

Synology today released DSM 7.0, the latest version of the data management operating system that powers over eight million NAS/SAN solutions. ASUSTOR Launches AS-T10G2 10 Gigabit Ethernet Card

The all-new AS-T10G2 is here, bringing increased efficiency and speeds to the much beloved AS-T10G. The AS-T10G2 uses the AQC-107 controller, which offers increased performance, and lower power requirements. Using the Lockerstor 16R Pro, transfer rates were found to be up to 1127 MB/s when reading and 1124 MB/s when writing. AMD Announces 3rd Generation EPYC 7003 Enterprise Processors

AMD today announced its 3rd generation EPYC (7003 series) enterprise processors, codenamed "Milan." These processors combine up to 64 of the company's latest "Zen 3" CPU cores, with an updated I/O controller die, and promise significant performance uplifts and new security capabilities over the previous generation EPYC 7002 "Rome." The "Zen 3" CPU cores, AMD claims, introduce an IPC uplift of up to 19% over the previous generation, which when combined by generational increases in CPU clock speeds, bring about significant single-threaded performance increases.
