QNAP Unveils Qsirch 5.0, Enabling Image Search, Text Search in Images and Auto-Archiving Files

QNAP Systems, Inc., a leading computing, networking and storage solution innovator, announce the release of Qsirch 5.0 - a fast, full-text search engine with the following new features: search by image, text search in images and auto-archiving files. Qsirch enables users to find files based on their filename, content, and metadata. Qsirch 5.0 adds integration with the QuMagie Core AI engine to identify objects and people in photos, allowing users to find images using keywords or by finding other images of the same person by clicking on their face.

OCR technology is now included in Qsirch 5.0, allowing the detection of text within image files and for these files to be found using keywords. The new auto-archiving feature leverages Qfiling to perform one-time or automatic archiving tasks based on search criteria. QNAP Releases Two New Multi-platform USB 3.2 Gen2 JBOD Storage Enclosures

QNAP Systems, Inc. today launched two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C JBOD enclosure models, the 8-bay desktop model TL-D800C and the 12-bay rackmount with redundant power model - TL-R1200C-RP for NAS, PCs, and servers. The multipurpose TL USB JBOD can be used for expanding a QNAP NAS storage space and also serve as storage for PCs and NAS. QNAP Introduces the QDA Series of Drive Adapters for PC and NAS

QNAP Systems, Inc. today introduced the QDA Series, a range of drive adapters that provide users with the ability to install various drives into their PC/workstation (Windows , Linux ) or QNAP NAS to meet various storage needs. When used with a QNAP NAS, drives installed using QDA Series drive adapters can be easily monitored using the QTS Storage Manager app.

The QDA-A2AR drive adapter accommodates two 2.5-inch SATA drives within a 3.5-inch SATA drive bay with up to 6 Gb/s file transfer speeds. No software driver is required, and it can be installed in a PC/workstation (Windows, Linux) or QNAP NAS. QNAP Launches the TS-977XU Hybrid NAS with AMD Ryzen Processors

QNAP Launches the Mustang-200 Computing Accelerator Card

QNAP Systems, Inc. today launched the Mustang-200 dual-CPU computing accelerator card with 10GbE network connectivity (available with Intel Core i5 / Core i7 / Celeron processors). QNAP Introduces TS-351 3-bay Home NAS

QNAP Unveils the QXG-10G1T, a 5-Speed 10GBASE-T NIC for NAS or PC

QNAP Systems, Inc. (QNAP) today unveiled the QXG-10G1T, a 5-speed PCI Express 10GBASE-T/NBASE-T NIC that supports 10GBASE-T/1000BASE-T/100BASE-TX and also 5GBASE-T/2.5GBASE-T (IEEE 802.3bz; NBASE-T) speeds. When used with Cat 6a cables, the QXG-10G1T can greatly improve network connection speeds to maximize transmission performance.

The QXG-10G1T is equipped with the Aquantia AQtion AQC107 NIC that supports 10/5/2.5/1Gbps and 100Mbps speeds. The RJ45 connector design also allows users to use their existing cables.
