NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 SUPER Series GPUs Now Priced Below MSRP in Germany

Two months ago, NVIDIA introduced its GeForce RTX 40 SUPER series to the market, bringing a trio of models: RTX 4070 SUPER, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, and RTX 4080 SUPER. Today, according to the report from ComputerBase, NVIDIA's latest trio has recorded a drop in pricing recently, and it now retails under MSRP in German stores. The RTX 4070 SUPER started with an MSRP of 659 Euros ($599 in the US) and is now available from 589 Euros. Its older brother, the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, started with an MSRP listing of 889 Euros ($799 in the US) and is now retailing from 840 Euros. Lastly, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER has been listed at 1,109 Euros ($999 in the US) and is now retailing with a small discount at 1,092 Euros.

Once NVIDIA launched a new GPU generation, it became a custom for these cards to be retailed over their MSRP long before prices were adjusted and settled. However, with the latest SUPER refresh, this seems to be one of the fastest price adjustments. This could be caused by either an improvement in the supply chain or leveled supply and demand, making it so that these cards are finally trading below their launch-level MSRPs.

MSI Preparing New RTX 4070 Ti Super Expert and RTX 4070 Ti Super Aero

MSI is apparently preparing to unveil two more GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super graphics cards, the MSI RTX 4070 Ti Super Expert and the MSI RTX 4070 Ti Super Aero. The new MSI Expert series was unveiled at the CES show back in January, and currently, MSI only uses the design on the MSI RTX 4080 Super graphics card. On the other hand, the Aero series has been around for quite some time, but we haven't seen many of those cards, unless you count the Aero ITX version of the GeForce RTX 4060. As Videocardz.com notes, MSI actually has a total of 12 different RTX 4070 Ti Super designs, and that did not stop it from adding two more, despite the fact that the RTX 4070 Ti Super was only announced just over a month ago.

The MSI Expert lineup is quite an interesting design, announced back at the CES 2024 show, and uses a triple-slot design with a rather interesting fan placement taken from NVIDIA's Founder's Edition book. It features two fans, one at the front and one at the back of the card, pushing air in opposite directions. MSI has decided to call the new cooling solution the "MSI Flow Frozr". The front also features a mesh metal cover, which does look quite interesting.

Widespread GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Card Shortage Reported in North America

NVIDIA's decision to shave off $200 from its GeForce RTX 4080 GPU tier has caused a run on retail since the launch of SUPER variants late last monthVideoCardz has investigated an apparent North American supply shortage. The adjusted $999 base MSRP appears to be an irresistible prospect for discerning US buyers—today's report explains how: "a week after its release, that GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER cards are not available at any major US retailer for online orders." At the time of writing, no $999 models are available to purchase via e-tailers (for delivery)—BestBuy and Micro Center have a smattering of baseline MSRP cards (including the Founders Edition), but for in-store pickup only. Across the pond, AD103 SUPER's supply status is a bit different: "On the other hand, in Europe, the situation appears to be more favorable, with several retailers listing the cards at or near the MSRP of €1109."

The cheapest custom GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER SKU, at $1123, seems to be listed by Amazon.com. Almost all of Newegg's product pages are displaying an "Out of Stock" notice—ZOTAC GAMING's GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Trinity OC White Edition model is on "back order" for $1049.99, while the only "in stock" option is MSI's GeForce RTX 4080 Super Expert card (at $1149.99). VideoCardz notes that GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER and RTX 4070 TI SUPER models are in plentiful supply, which highlights a big contrast in market conditions for NVIDIA's latest Ada Lovelace families. The report also mentions an ongoing shortage of GeForce RTX 4080 (Non-SUPER) cards, going back weeks prior to the official January 31 rollout: "Similar to the RTX 4090, finding the RTX 4080 at its $1200 price point has proven challenging." Exact sales figures are not available to media outlets—it is unusual to see official metrics presented a week or two after a product's launch—so we will have to wait a little longer to find out whether demand has far outstripped supply in the USA.

Zephyr x VK Valkyrie GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Revealed

Zephyr and VK Valkyrie have collaborated on a very high-end custom GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER graphics card model, as revealed in a teaser video posted to the former's Bilibili account. VK Valkyrie is a well regarded DIY brand in the Chinese PC gaming market, while Zephyr is a relatively young manufacturer—their unusual GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Compact ITX design with a pink PCB was introduced last summer. TPU's June 2023 news report is featured prominently within their website's news section—greatly appreciated! The Zephyr x VK Valkyrie GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER will be a limited edition release—the two partners have been working together since last August, but a specific launch date and pricing were not revealed in Zephyr's teaser trailer.

Zephyr has, so far, only released air-cooled custom graphics cards—their upcoming VK Valkyrie collaborative model will mark a debut entry into liquid cooled territory. Their chunky 3-slot design consists of a substantial heatsink covered by an RGB-adorned silver shroud and metallic backplate, with an AIO liquid cooling solution. A 280 mm radiator (with 2 x 140 mm fans) is hooked up to the card via twin white braided tubes. A rear-firing 12VHPWR connector provides an elegant means of semi-concealing your 90-degree power cable, if need be. The promotional video includes benchmark results generated by 3DMARK Speed Way, Time Spy Extreme, and Fire Strike Ultra suites (check the relevant screenshot below). Zephyr claims that their limited edition GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER model was cool enough to not exceed 52 degrees Celsius during a heavy Furmark session. The company recommends that interested parties should check its social media accounts for further announcements. The Zephyr x VK Valkyrie GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER could arrive at some point after the Chinese Spring Celebration.

Update Feb 9th: Valkyrie informed us that, for the moment, this collaboration is specific to the Chinese Market, but they are discussing options internally whether it makes sense to bring the card to the West, too."

ASUS Launches GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Noctua OC Edition Graphics Card

ASUS today announced the GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Noctua OC Edition graphics card, designed for gamers and creators who seek cutting-edge performance that operates at whisper-quiet noise levels. Building on the class-leading design of the ASUS GeForce RTX 3070, RTX 3080, and RTX 4080 Noctua Edition variants, this premium graphics card achieves near-silent operation thanks to the Noctua fans, an ASUS custom-built vapor chamber and a massive heatsink.

The ASUS GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Noctua Edition incorporates a pair of Noctua's state-of-the-art NF‑A12x25 fans to move air over an extra-large heatsink. These fans were developed in a partnership between the ASUS thermal R&D team and engineers at Noctua. The design involved tuning the fin density and heat pipe arrangement of the heatsink, optimizing each for the airflow characteristics of the NF-A12x25 fans. To prioritize low noise levels, a smooth acoustic signature and high cooling performance while making room for the pair of 120 mm fans, ASUS expanded the card's total volume to occupy 4.3 slots of space. The card also comes with a Dual BIOS switch, with Quiet mode enabled by default to minimize acoustics right out of the box.

ASUS Readies GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16 GB Noctua OC Edition

ASUS has quietly updated its product web presences with another Noctua collaboration OC Edition graphics card—the heavily customized GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16 GB GDDR6X model looks very familiar (in shades of brown); we suspect that the existing cooling solution, shroud and backplate designs have been transplanted from the existing RTX 4080 (non-SUPER) Noctua OC model. W1zzard was impressed by the 2022 version's affixing of twin Noctua NF-A12x25 fans, although a number of factors caused the ultra premium air-cooled ASUS card to miss out on an Editor's Choice award—mainly the $1650 launch price—perhaps deserving of an updated/retrospective "But Expensive" badge of honor.

VideoCardz believes that the SUPER iteration could launch with $200 subtracted (at a minimum) from the non-SUPER's original MSRP—the ASUS listing, naturally, does not provide any details regarding recommended retail pricing or a release date. It seems that reviewers have not received SUPER 16 GB Noctua OC Edition samples this month, so we suspect that the chunky brown Ada Lovelace monster will reach retail at some point later on in the first quarter of 2024.

NVIDIA Releases GeForce 551.31 WHQL Driver Exclusively for RTX 4080 SUPER

NVIDIA today released the GeForce 551.31 WHQL drivers. These drivers are being released with exclusive support for the new GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER graphics card that goes on sale today. It doesn't support any other GPU. Other than this change, the drivers appear to have an identical change-log to that of last week's GeForce 551.23 WHQL release that introduced RTX Video HDR support. So unless you're unboxing a shiny new RTX 4080 SUPER right now, there is nothing for you in this release.

Update 15:30 UTC: As a clarification, these drivers only support the RTX 4080 SUPER and no other GPU, and feature an identical change-log to last week's GeForce 551.23 WHQL release.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Starts Selling at $999

NVIDIA today launched the third and final high-end GPU in its GeForce RTX 40-series SUPER refresh. The new GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER is being launched at an attractive $999 price, compared to the $1,199 that the RTX 4080 originally launched at. Besides this huge 20% cut in pricing, there's also more performance on offer, as the company chose to max out the 5 nm AD103 silicon that it's based on. If you recall, the RTX 4080 has 76 out of 80 streaming multiprocessors of the AD103 enabled, and its memory runs at an odd 22.4 Gbps speed. The RTX 4080 SUPER gets all 80 SM, and a well rounded 23 Gbps memory speed.

With 80 SM on tap, you get 10,240 CUDA cores, 320 Tensor cores, 80 RT cores, 320 TMUs, and 112 ROPs. The memory size is unchanged at 16 GB, across the 256-bit wide memory interface of the AD103; as is the total graphics power (TGP), at 320 W. All cards will include an NVIDIA-designed adapter that converts three 8-pin PCIe power connectors into a 12VHPWR that's capable of delivering 450 W of power. The target audience for this card is the same as that of the RTX 4080—maxed out 4K Ultra HD gaming with ray tracing. At $999, the RTX 4080 SUPER allows NVIDIA to better compete with the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX that's sometimes spotted for prices as low as $900. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Reviews Delayed to January 31

According to a VideoCardz report, NVIDIA is implementing a very last minute time shift with its GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER review program—embargo conditions have been delayed by a day to January 31, which coincides with the official retail launch day. We already know about non-specific sample units reaching reviewers a week (or more) in advance of Team Green's embargo date—thanks to various graphical benchmarks appearing prematurely on the Geekbench Browser database. VideoCardz states the Founders Edition GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER model was not received in a timely manner by a number of media outlets, thus dismissing rumors about driver issues being a main factor behind the sudden rescheduling. Hardware evaluators have been busy this month with trade event coverage, and spending analytical time with Team Green's previous batches of RTX 40 SUPER cards.

COLORFUL Launches the iGame GeForce RTX Loong Edition Graphics Cards

Colorful Technology Company Limited, a leading brand in gaming PC components, gaming laptops, and Hi-fi audio products, introduces the iGame GeForce RTX 40 Loong Edition Series graphics card in celebration of the Year of the Dragon. The iGame Loong Edition takes inspiration from the Chinese dragon, also known as the loong or long, (Chinese: 龍; pronounce: lóng). These unique graphics cards feature an aesthetic dragon art in a white graphics card design.

The iGame GeForce RTX 40 Loong Edition Series graphics cards includes RTX 4060, RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB, RTX 4070 SUPER, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, and RTX 4080 SUPER models. On the other hand, the RTX 40 SUPER Loong Edition graphics cards are derived from the iGame Vulcan White design. The Loong Edition graphics cards are limited edition to be available this year only - the Year of the Dragon.

GIGABYTE Preps EAGLE OC ICE GeForce RTX 40 Series Cards

GIGABYTE has augmented its EAGLE range of custom graphics card with a new white "ICE" design—the Taiwanese hardware manufacturer's website has been updated with four GeForce RTX 40 Series models that sport a striking white aesthetic. The modern day EAGLE custom cooling solutions usually pops up in a sober yet classy gray shade (with some lighter accents)—it seems that alternatives, ideal for all-white hardware build, will be arriving soon. GIGABYTE has not revealed any information regarding regional pricing, release date or a press release (at the time of writing). Four factory overclocked EAGLE ICE models are listed—starting at the bottom with a pale version of their existing RTX 4060 EAGLE OC 8 GB card, and reaching the ceiling with a white spin on their RTX 4070 Ti SUPER EAGLE OC 16 GB.

GIGABYTE has chosen to not produce an EAGLE graphics card that utilizes NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER GPU, so an ICE version is unlikely to pop up in the immediate future. GIGABYTE's RTX 4080 SUPER AERO OC model seems to be the only option available in white—within their current (Ada Lovelace) AD103-400-A1 GPU product range. VideoCardz reckons that there is a high probability of EAGLE ICE (non-overclocked) graphics cards arriving after the initial launch of OC models.

MSI GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16G EXPERT Specs Leaked

MSI presented a massive table of GeForce RTX 40 SUPER series custom design graphics cards at CES 2024—TPU spent a lot of time photographing and documenting everything GPU-related at the tech company's booth. The kind-of mysterious GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16G EXPERT model seemed to get a lot of attention from online PC hardware communities. The brand new and very substantial EXPERT shroud design integrates a Zero Frozr cooling solution, but folks were quick to link its aesthetic (and vapor chamber setup) to NVIDIA's dual fan Founders Edition cooling solution. MSI has not yet published a dedicated GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16G EXPERT product page, while all of the other models from CES are uploaded and active.

A tipster on social media has posted a screenshot of the 16G EXPERT's specification sheet—wxnod has uncovered alleged factory settings ahead of review and launch day embargos, although pricing is still unknown at the time of writing. The leaked core figures include a boost clock of 2610 MHz in GAMING and SILENT modes (60 MHz above reference), while the MSI Center software suite can activate an Extreme Performance mode: 2625 MHz. These figures align with the SUPER SUPRIM model's core clock specs—the SUPRIM X sits above everything else as the fastest card in MSI's RTX 4080 SUPER stable. MSI's official introduction stated that the 16G EXPERT: "features a push-pull airflow design for enhanced cooling efficiency. The enclosure is constructed with aluminium Die-Casting for structural strength, while Core Pipe and a Vapor Chamber work to efficiently dissipate heat. Lastly, a patented fan design provides quiet yet reliable airflow." We hope to see the MSI GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16G EXPERT's addition to the TPU GPU database.

GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Custom Model €1109 MSRPs Appear on German Webshop

European buyers are facing a baseline MSRP of €1109 for the upcoming GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER graphics card family, thanks to extra sales taxes affecting purchases in the region's various countries. North American customers are set to "enjoy" a more reasonable entry point of $999 come January 31, including various custom options from NVIDIA's board partners—ZOTAC lead the charge with their non-overclocked offerings matching Team Green's Founders Edition MSRP. A small selection of brave retailers have already delivered GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER graphics cards to customers, while others have simply gone live with their asking prices.

Germany's Notebooksbilliger (translation: cheaper laptops) online store has produced product pages for all sorts of custom GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER cards—prices start off at NVIDIA's €1109 baseline, and ramp up to a maximum of €1379 for the fanciest option (ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 4080 SUPER OC). A VideoCardz report focuses mostly on the cheapest products listed by Notebooksbilliger.de. Five non-overclocked custom designs sits at the bottom of the webshop's RTX 4080 SUPER pricing pile: ASUS TUF GAMING, GIGABYTE SUPER WINDFORCE, SUPER WINDFORCE V2, Inno3D X3 and ZOTAC's Trinity Black Edition. At the time of writing, Notebooksbilliger's customers cannot pre-order any of the listed GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER cards—the full checkout process could be unlocked early next week, a few days ahead of the official January 31 launch day.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER GPUs Pop Up in Geekbench Browser

We are well aware that NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER graphics cards are next up on the review table (January 31)—TPU's W1zzard has so far toiled away on getting his evaluations published on time for options further down the Ada Lovelace SUPER food chain. This process was interrupted briefly by the appearance of custom Radeon RX 7600 XT models, but today's attention soon returned to another batch of GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER cards. Reviewers are already toying around with driver-enabled GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER sample units—under strict confidentiality conditions—but the occasional leak is expected to happen. The appropriately named Benchleaks social media account has kept track of emerging test results.

The Geekbench Browser database was updated earlier today with premature GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER GPU test results—one entry highlighted by Benchleaks provides a quick look at the card's prowess in three of Geekbench 5.1's graphics API trials: Vulkan, CUDA and OpenCL. VideoCardz points out that all of the scores could be fundamentally flawed; in particular the Vulkan result of 100378 points—the regular (non-SUPER) GeForce RTX 4080 GPU can achieve almost double that figure in Geekbench 6. The SUPER's other results included a Geekbench 5 CUDA score of 309554, and an achievement of 264806 points in OpenCL. A late morning entrant looks to be hitting the right mark—an ASUS testbed (PRIME Z790-A WIFI + Intel Core i9-13900KF) managed to score 210551 points in Geekbench 6.2.2 Vulkan.

GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER & 4070 Ti SUPER Cards Shipped Out Prematurely

A whole bunch of custom GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER and 4070 Ti SUPER graphics card models were available to purchase via online retail outlets last week—several ZOTAC options were available on Amazon USA for a brief period over the weekend. Enthusiastic customers have jumped at the chance to acquire potent Ada Lovelace SUPER cards ahead of NVIDIA's official review embargo and launch dates—TPU's resident GPU Judge has just published his first set of GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER evaluations. An early example was documented on the /NVIDIA community subreddit—user "LightMoisture" provided evidence of his PNY RTX 4070 Ti VERTO Triple Fan purchase arriving two days before the sanctioned release date (January 24).

It is not too surprising to see retailers ship out pre-ordered products a tad prematurely (given delivery lead times), but intriguing posts on social media have been highlighted by VideoCardz. A very fortunate soul has received an ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 4080 SUPER OC graphics card, well in advance of Team Green's preferred January 31 launch day. The plucky owner has asked around for functioning drivers (good luck)—LightMoisture also ran into this issue with his PNY RTX 4070 Ti VERTO. The next public GeForce Driver release (551.15) is due tomorrow, with (presumed) support for GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER GPUs. LightMoisture's evidence included screenshots of the aforementioned PNY card's crendentials being displayed in TechPowerUp GPU-Z v2.57.0, and test results generated by Maxon's Cinebench 2024 suite.

ZOTAC GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER & 4070 Ti SUPER Models Appear on Amazon

ZOTAC's new range of GeForce RTX 40 SUPER graphics cards have frequently hit headlines since an unveiling at CES 2024—the Hong Kong-headquarted hardware manufacturer set the tone early, with certain models sticking to NVIDIA guide prices. Hardware sleuth, momomo_us, has continued to keep track of ZOTAC-related activity—their latest discovery being the premature sale of GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super Trinity Black Edition 16 GB models on Amazon USA. The listing popped up over the weekend, with customers greeted to a $899.99 asking price—so $100 above MSRP. It is clear that this product page was activated by mistake—the card is not available to purchase (at the time of writing).

VideoCardz proceeded to investigate further, following the initial find (courtesy of momomo_us)—their weekend sleuthing efforts have outed additional premature ZOTAC listings on Amazon.com. In the GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER category we can see the AMP Extreme AIRO version ($1399.99), Trinity OC White Edition ($1349.99) and Trinity Black Edition ($1299.99). Moving down the line—with 4070 Ti SUPER cards—listings appeared for AMP HOLO ($969.99), Trinity OC White Edition ($939.99) and the aforementioned Trinity Black Edition (non-overclocked) coming in at $899.99. They also tracked down PNY's GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16 GB XLR8 Gaming VERTO EPIC-X RGB graphics card—its Amazon price listing was reported as being a semi-wallet friendly $1049 (prior to deactivation).

GeForce RTX 40 SUPER Custom Model Pricing Leaked by UK & Finland Shops

A couple of custom design prices emerged over the past weekend—courtesy of VideoCardz's determined approach to unearth GeForce RTX 40 SUPER-related information prior to a staggered lifting of NVIDIA review embargoes. Their most recent investigation has pulled details from the Overclockers UK retail site, as well as Jimm's PC-Store in Finland. The article first focuses on the British e-tailer's tendency to tack on an extra couple of Pounds (£/GBP) when charging for top-flight GPU options—a prime example being their £1350 asking price for a very-tricked out ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 4080 SUPER OC card. NVIDIA's basic guide MSRP for the UK is £959, so we are looking at a steep £391 premium/upcharge for the high-end ASUS model. Overclockers has removed this particular listing and other SUPER-related pages from their site. ZOTAC Gaming's GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Trinity Black Edition card was spotted sitting at £959 on OC UK, which is line with the company's promise to keep non-overclocked models locked in at NVIDIA MSRP.

Jimm's PC Store in Finland has not removed listings for various customized Ada Lovelace SUPER options (at the time of writing). VideoCardz noted that Finnish customers pay a natural premium for PC hardware, due to greater VAT demands in the region (when compared to other European countries)—RTX 4080 SUPER MSRP here is reportedly €1149 instead of €1109. GIGABYTE's GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER AORUS MASTER graphics card is the true headliner here, in terms of Euros. At a smidge below €1360, this represents a hefty premium of €211 over the Finnish MSRP. The next most expensive option is a stealthy looking MSI GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER SUPRIM X card, coming in at €1299.90. Four RTX 4080 SUPER models sit at the Finnish MSRP of €1149—two GIGABYTE WINDFORCEs, an MSI VENTUS 3X OC, and an ASUS TUF Gaming card. VideoCardz took a peek further down in the hierarchy, please check out the entire article for (less controversial) leaked pricing regarding GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER and RTX 4070 Ti SUPER options.

Yeston Previews Sakura RTX 40 SUPER GPUs with White PCB Design

Yeston, Chinese GPU AIB, has posted a preview of its upcoming Sakura RTX 40 SUPER cards, featuring a white PCB, a first for SUPER cards. The current RTX 40 Sakura models are set to be updated to these SUPER variants, with no reported visual changes. The RTX 4070 (Ti) SUPER will adopt the older design first introduced with the RTX 30 series, featuring a color scheme of white, purple, blue, and adorned with sakura-inspired graphic designs. In addition to the RTX 4070 (Ti) SUPER, Yeston will also release the RTX 4080 SUPER, which is expected to be the highest-end Sakura model from the company at the time of its release. The only RTX 4090 in Yeston's lineup is a Deluxe edition. These new releases offer gamers an exceptional GPU design, particularly those who appreciate the unique aesthetic of the Sakura series. The white PCB is a notable feature that sets these cards apart in the market. More details about the release date, clock speeds, and pricing are expected to be announced soon.

GeForce RTX 40 SUPER Custom Model Pricing Leaks Out

NVIDIA revealed basic price guides for GeForce RTX-40 SUPER graphics cards at the recently concluded CES 2024 trade show, but their board partners largely stayed coy about figures for customized options (review embargoes will be lifted soon). ZOTAC broke the mold later on in the week, with press material updated to reflect that non-overclocked models will adhere to Team Green's basic MSRP. However, premium charges for overclocked SUPER Twin Edge OC, AMP HOLO, Trinity OC and AMP Extreme AIRO cards remain a mystery. VideoCardz decided to conduct some weekend detective work, and fiddled around on Newegg and Best Buy online stores—although the focus shifted to other brands/manufacturers.

Workaround methods were implemented in order to prematurely extract card prices, before NVIDIA's staggered schedule of reveals for customized versions of the GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER and RTX 4080 SUPER GPUs (throughout January). The leaked results show that GIGABYTE and PNY have custom overclocked GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER models targeting base MSRP at $599, while MSI has several options exceeding that base level—ranging from $10 to $50 premiums. GIGABYTE's GAMING OC card also tops the table at $649. Jumping up to the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER tier, we see a GIGABYTE Gaming OC model sitting at $849.99 and an MSI VENTUS 3X OC going for $899.99. The sole custom GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER within the VideoCardz article appears to be an MSI VENTUS 3X OC; we are witnessing a $100 extra tacked on for this design.

Selection of ZOTAC GeForce RTX 40-series SUPER Cards Set at NVIDIA MSRP

Renowned PC hardware sleuth, momomo_us, has noticed that ZOTAC Gaming had recently revised its GeForce RTX 40-series SUPER press material with new information that details pricing for a slew of models. Their custom-designed SUPER Trinity Black Edition and Twin Edge 12 (non-OC) editions are designated as conforming to NVIDIA's official guide MSRPs—this will inevitably put pressure on competing AIB partners, who often add a little bit extra when charging for their stock-clocked models.

A handful of PC hardware publications have contacted ZOTAC regarding non-disclosed premium pricing of their overclocked range of Ada Lovelace-based SUPER GPUs, but the manufacturer is staying schtum for the moment. We will have to wait until NDAs expire, and a lifting of embargoes on reviewers + influencers. The latest information seems to confirm that ZOTAC will price their RTX 4070 SUPER 12 GB models—in Twin Edge or Trinity Black Edition guises—at the MSRP of $599. A single GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER Trinity Black Edition 16 GB is coming in at $799. ZOTAC's GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Trinity Black Edition 16 GB is set at $999.
