G.SKILL Ripjaws KM570 MX Keyboard Review

Introduction

G.SKILL Logo

G.SKILL has made a name for themselves in the last few years with high performance DRAM at prices that are consumer friendly as well. In many a way, they remind me of how Corsair started with memory and then branching out into other product lines. As such, it is perhaps fitting that G.SKILL has since also stepped their toes in the PC peripherals market in the last two years and currently boasts a full line of keyboard, mice, mouse pads and headsets alike. Today we take a look at the KM570 MX mechanical keyboard, and thanks to G.SKILL for providing the review sample.

The KM570 MX is a full size keyboard that comes with a choice of genuine Cherry MX Red, Brown or Blue switches. These models also have red backlighting on all the keys, and since it is 2017, G.SKILL has made sure there are RGB options also for those interested, although these only come with MX Red and MX Brown switch options. We have here today the red backlit MX Brown model, and let us begin with a look at the specifications below.
