The In Win GreenMe is a decently performing PSU capable of delivering its full power at even very high ambient temperatures. It has good enough overall voltage regulation, decent ripple suppression for a product of this category, although it could be better at 5V, and very compact dimensions, making it ideal for small cases; but it only comes with two PCIe connectors, a major flaw for a 750 W PSU. Its price is also relatively high, which will not help it compete against the tough competition in this category. Someone in the US could buy a non-modular Gold unit, or a Bronze unit with modular cables, for the same price. In Win should immediately lower the price if they want to be competitive, and they absolutely must increase availability in the US.
To sum up, the In Win GreenMe 750 W is a decently performing PSU that won't let you down, and it may even match your case if it is white. The fact that it supports Haswell's new sleep states is another positive, but a lower price and two more PCIe connectors would boost its price/performance ratio and make it a much better product.
