Nope, everything on stock, even a reinstall of GPU-Z didnt change it. Only other programs I'm running along that might affect the GPU are Afterburner with an undervolt and Argus Monitor to control it's fan speed (deshroud).

I have a problem since some time, when i start GPU-Z, my 3080 TUF goes from idle 30W to 110W power draw?! and stays there even when i close GPU-Z again. Reading the values with HWmonitor.
