Hello, yesterday i formatted my laptop reinstalling windows 11. Before that throttlestop worked: i need throttlestop becuse, while gaming, i get 100 degrees on my cpu. After the new OS installation throttlestop doesn't work. I have all the FIVR options locked (I show this in the schreenshot). I have already disabled VBS, but throttlestop still doesn't work.
How can i do?

Anyway, i have a Dell g5 5590 from 2019
GPU: GTX 2060
CPU: Intel core i7-970H

Looks like your Windows 11 install updated your BIOS. The top middle of the FIVR window shows that CPU voltage control has been Locked. Try installing the previous BIOS version if you can find it.

Here is the generic method for Dell laptops to unlock CPU voltage control.
