_JP_The thing is, a dual-chip card is always more expensive than it's standard CrossFireX setup counterpart.
For example, here the cheapest single HD 6870 is 150€. Crossfire would cost 300€. The cheapest GTX 580 is 420€. Due to the complexity of the board that allows the HD 6870x2 to exist (engineering and components), I'm thinking the card will cost 400~450€.
Can't compare 2 6870's to 1 580...
