Can you give some description about latest files and mods, I'll add them to guide and host on server, it's better than free sharing...
Also I will try you patcher to mods, and describe everything too. What DSDT cert (which vendor) should we use with SLI String Install?

ok, its seems like i wasnt using the newest version of SLI string instaler, all is working fine now !!!! this is an ASUS mobo, using win 7 64 bit (the os i want to use, and i suppose most peeps do)

thank you, now i am just waiting on my 8500GT or GTX260 to appear, (i havent decided yet) one of my 8500GT's was dead, when i go them out to test this, but i would suppose i am good to go here,

hal mod is done, and string inserted...just need the card

it depends on your motherboard manufacturer

I just try the new version SLI string install .there seems a bug in it.that is: no insert SLI patch in dsdt_GBTUACPI.dsl.

don't panic. the *.dsl files is not used anymore

i just done a fresh instal of windows 7 64 bit, and done things in this order,

used SLI string instaler: Success
reboot
used Halmod: success
reboot (CPU-Z showing x58)
tried to instal unmodded drivers from NV website, a i get a blue screen, reboot and back in windows in 600 x400, try to instal again, forced and by instaler, and i am getting "this driver does not support your product)

it wouls seem that the driver is haveing a look elsewhere for info, anyone else had this problem?

try to uninstall and install again

there is nothing to uninstal, the drivers didnt complete instal, i got blue screen and reboot, ive used driver cleaner and ccleaner to get rid of any garbaGE, ALSO HAD A LOO AT REG FOR NVIDIA entrys, and nothing

im gonna do another instal of win 7 64 bit, and try again, i might remove the 8500GT that i have instaled along side my GTX260, i remember something about this being a problem with 186 drivers.
