I can confirm that something is definitly wrong with all my games when I install the newest driver. They don't flicker for me, but they move at horrible frame rates.

Same here got a P5E (X38) and two GTX460 (A Gigabyte and a twintech I've just bought the second one)

did try patch form 0.9b to 1.2 and drivers 260.89, 266.58, 266.77, 267.24 and 270.51

did format my HDD and reinstalled Win7 x64 3 times (UAC desactivated)

I also tried with a new bios on my motherboard, updating from 0601 (i guess) to 1201. (+reset CMOS).

tested it with ACPI 2.0 on and off

But don't have the lil green icon "Sli unable" and Everest says "no SLI Certificat present" (even with only one card).

Don't know what more i can do... just hope the shop where I bought my 2nd GTX460 will accept to take it back :cry:

Can verify that driver 270.51 breaks slipatch....

well the only way I found to get "Sli certificate unable" is running Sli string installer V2.0... but once this installed can't boot anymore.

Little update

I did format (again)

- install 7 x64 (no update/sp1, UAC off)
- install Drivers 266.58
- reboot
- install SLi strin installer v2.0 (exe as admin)
- reboot
- install hack Sli 1.0 (exe as admin)
- rebbot

now I can boot, and SLI certificate is ok with Everest but Sli still doesn't work (don't have the SLi ready icon)

PS: For now don't have the SLi bridge (grabe it later)... might it be the issue?

The sli bridge is definitly the problem. I had the same problem until I got my bridge. I think I read somewhere that nvidia's new drivers don't even let you activate sli without the bridge, and that's definitly how it worked for me.

i'll get mine from a friend...from what I've understood Nvidia guys don't allow to sell SLi bridges alone.

Btw About drivers and SLi brdige it seems u were right... I've installed some old drivers (258.96) and patch 1.0.... without the SLi bridge.... and it works! (but with 260.99 it does not)

just tried furmark don't see any boost of performance
i'm installing 3d vantage hop it gonna rock

OK- so I found out that everest won't show sli certified after patch 0.7b or so i've heard, and I now have my 2nd 570oc due for delivery tomorrow and i'm in possesion of a bridge (happy days) so i'll let you know how I get on! seriously cannot wait!!!!! :rockout:

Thanks for checking this out. I'll stick to the 267 drivers then. Homefront is already running without any glitches with all settings maxed out on my rig.

I have i5 2400 with Asus P8P67 LE on windows 7 X64 with 266.58 driver (i have SLI bridge)
I try simple way with patch 1.0 and no SLI option. I do nothing on BIOS. (on site i see this "Intel P67 (with BIOS key)" ??? what is BIOS key?? )
He try someone on P67 SLI???

I've read somewhere that a SLi license has been bought by intel for P67... i've also read that the feature will be turn on through a certificate key in the bios. So I think SLi support will be, probably, add to ur mobo soon... Check the bios release on ASUS website.

sli patch work ok with the gigabyte ma790x-ds4 8x/8x (mainboard only support 8x in sli, but i lost less of 1 fps in uniheaven 2.5 test vs 16x), with 2 gtx460 and sli bridge and 270.21 drivers.
Sli dont work if i quit the bridge.

270.21?? You mean 270.28 laptop drivers right?

I have a msi 890fxa-gd70.. 270.51 drivers does not work but 267.24 does with v1.2..

I can also confirm that the 270 beta drivers don't work with either V1.0 or V1.2.

Sli is selectable, but there's rapid flickering when playing a game.
