Where do I get the tesval.dll from then? I don't believe it was included with the skse_loader and everything else.

Edit: I did this fix too but the difference was very minuscule in my case so I didn't even post my findings.
Looking through the arch at the top of the marketplace in Whiterun I get 32 fps without Tesval, 34 fps with Tesval.
Was kinda disappointed after reading about people going from 30 to 50 fps . . .
Must be my processor - since this fix brings on better optimization of the CPU I guess that the modern generation of quads would fare much better when compared to my old E8400 @ 4Ghz...
And running 2560x1440 with a lot of texture mods wouldn't help either I guess?
