use that guide from Mxphenom 216,
you can try 4.6ghz instead of 4.4 @ 1.25v, if it boots to windows if it doesn't lower to 4.5 still no luck, 4.4ghz.. and in DIGI+ set cpu power current to 120% instead of auto. When you find stability bellow 1.30v enable xmp and try with your 2400mhz and test again.
x264fhd benchmark or Asus real bench v2 multithreaded part is also a good stability indicator, if both crash with app.exe stopped responding then you're almost at your ideal cpuv or cache voltage if OC'ing cache later on (4.2ghz is ideal, dont bother with more, not worth extra heat and stability issues)..
Ps 5ghz wake up , I already told you at guru3d one-two times you won't be able to get that, 4.6 -4.7ghz looks more plauseable with your stock cpuVID
