use that guide from Mxphenom 216,

you can try 4.6ghz instead of 4.4 @ 1.25v, if it boots to windows if it doesn't lower to 4.5 still no luck, 4.4ghz.. and in DIGI+ set cpu power current to 120% instead of auto. When you find stability bellow 1.30v enable xmp and try with your 2400mhz and test again.

x264fhd benchmark or Asus real bench v2 multithreaded part is also a good stability indicator, if both crash with app.exe stopped responding then you're almost at your ideal cpuv or cache voltage if OC'ing cache later on (4.2ghz is ideal, dont bother with more, not worth extra heat and stability issues)..

Ps 5ghz wake up :p, I already told you at guru3d one-two times you won't be able to get that, 4.6 -4.7ghz looks more plauseable with your stock cpuVID :)

At this point I feel as if you are trolling. Pretty sure many of us have said that the chance of getting 5ghz, especially on your cooling, is zilch, not gonna happen. You don't even know what kind of chip you have, and you won't till you do baseline testing.

Setting CMOS to optimized defaults. Recording all listed stock voltages under the System Health section of the BIOS. Then seeing if your chip will boot at 4.5ghz-4.6ghz at 1.25v.

And for god-sakes, you don't overclock a cooler.

No. for 4.6ghz, the Cpu core ratio should be at 46. (Core ratio at 42 would only get you 4.2GHZ. Simple math 42 x 100 BCLK = 4.2GHZ)

Cache multi, set to 39 for both min and max. Cache voltage set to 1.2v. Thatll take cache instability out of the question.

Depending on what you eventual input voltage is set to by default, set it to 1.75v Leave initial at auto.

Make sure any ram oc or XMP profile is turned off so memory is running at its lowest of 1333mhz. Don't mess with memory till you have your max CPU core clock tuned in.

Realbench is meh, the benchmarks within real bench are pretty out dated. Look up h264 bench and just run it through infinite passes for couple hours. Also play games, Battlefield is really good. Did your rig not boot at 1.25v?

What is the point of overclocking if you just have everyone else do the work for you? Take some pride in your work at teach yourself the basics and try to do YOUR best overclock. There is not just one formula to make your chip reach its potential it takes trial, error, and time. Just like anything else worth achieving.

humm am into gaming more than buying hardware and study . the guides are too hard for me and learn from threads . am alone here and
no one is doing it for me lol they just showing me short cuts i dont want to be an over clocker i just want to set my hardware and play thanks

am just finlazing cpu ocing i guess i got to lower cpuv

next am gonna oc the gpu you guys coming ?

will i see real difference in gpu ? mine is called GV-N780OC dose that means its ocied
or it means like 4770 K . like its oc enabled ?
thing is i like the factory cooling plan for the fans and i dont want to mess it up .
its cooling is amazing . how much will i get of it . i dont care for benches

Overclocking can help a GPU for sure. Especially the 780s, as they scale well when overclocked. And no, theres no such thing for GPUs as being unlocked for overclock. You just overclock them. And yes, your card is overclocked from the factory, but you can push it further if you want too, but you wont need if especially if you game at 1080p. Look up how to overclock a Kepler GPU (GTX600/700)

Also learn to use the edit button so you aren't double or triple posting. Better me saying this, than you getting a warning from mods.

Then use CPU Step Up or something. You select the clock you want, and it does everything for you..................boring way to overclock, and not the best way, but its an option. You won't learn shit from doing it either, but you also won't learn anything anyways if you don't bother doing research and willing to learn.

Like others have already said read the "HOW TO OVERCLOCK" guides!

If they are too complicated for you to understand, then you have no business overclocking yet.

After reading the guides, if you still have questions, then come back and ask the community. Or use the search function
to see if anyone else has already had the same questions.

Reading the guides and experimenting yourself is half the fun of overclocking.
Now..... if you still want to try and reach your goal of 5ghz, you will most likely need a more powerful
cooling solution then the Thermaltake water 3 extreme. Just an FYI.

A good custom loop or Phase changer will most likely be needed. Unless you have a golden chip.

That doesn't mean anything. If its just a gaming rig, why do you need to overclock at all? Hardware these days is so fast already its not really needed anymore. I ran my 4770k at stock for months, never bothered tweaking, because I didn't need it. Started playing with it out of boredom, and decided to read a bunch of guides, and tweaked and mess with the settings to figure out how each one affects the stability, temperature, performance, etc. , talk about it with cadaveca (the god of this Haswell OC on TPU IMO).

That depends on how far you overclock it. Move the sliders, then test for performance boost in benchmarks from stock vs OC.
