Mad Catz Ships the S.T.R.I.K.E. M Wireless Keyboard

Mad Catz Interactive, Inc announced today the shipping of the S.T.R.I.K.E. M Wireless Keyboard. Designed around a compact tablet sized footprint, the S.T.R.I.K.E. M is designed for home or mobile use and can pair with up to four devices simultaneously.

The key feature of the S.T.R.I.K.E. M that sets it apart from all other Bluetooth keyboards is that it has an Optical Finger Navigation (OFN) Mouse Sensor that allows the user to navigate on an Android device or connected TV with the familiarity of controlling a mouse cursor on a computer screen. The OFN feature makes navigation and game play immediately familiar to mouse and keyboard gamers and anybody who has ever surfed the web. Powered by a rechargeable Lithium Polymer Battery with up to 45 hours of battery life, the S.T.R.I.K.E. M features illuminated backlighting, dedicated media buttons, and on board memory used for storing multiple macro commands.





Whether browsing the web on your Smart TV, working with mobile office on your tablet, navigating your Home Theater PC, or gaming on your M.O.J.O., the S.T.R.I.K.E. M features universal Bluetooth compatibility that allows it to operate with practically any device that allows keyboard input.

Oh, this is far from the worst here.
some PR news that come up sometimes can completely boggle my mind, like:
"CyberpowerPC now have an option to use the new Vector 150 drive as an option"

A certain PC maker (totally not the niche of TPU), in north america, can now allow a very certain SSD, as an option when checking up PCs to buy from them.

Keyboard without arrow keys and without proper full size ENTER button is not a keyboard. I'm old school and i play games with arrow keys and not the cramped WASD keys... also, numpad is a must...

This looks more like a ballista projectile. Seriously, fire this from a medieval contraption and all your foes will be impaled. Not so great for penetrating walls however. About the only use I can think for this thing. It certainly isn't useful as a keyboard.

The ergonomics of that look horrific. The spacing between the WASD keys and the space bar makes it look down right awkward to use.

Yeah this thing is about looks not actual usage. Looks more like the computer it was designed on slipped.

Arrow keys for movement, R Shift for Jumping, R Ctrl for crouch, NumPad 0 for reloading, NumPad1 for grenade, NumPad4 for map view, Delete for previous weapon, Page Down for next weapon and End for special menu action. Big Enter is usually for chat communication and Mouse side button for USE action.

I simply prefer more space around movement keys, sort of orientation/reference point also for gameplay in dark, so i always know where each button is. WASD for example has no definition there, its just crowded in the middle of all buttons. Though i might one day replace keyboard for a one with illuminated keys. But i kinda like the UltraX keyboard, it just feels good and works good.

Yeah really, in fact it's most likely why i never started to use my right hand for the mouse lol.

Arrow keys move, end pickup\talk to, delete reload, \ night vision, home map, ' ammo change, Num1, 4 and 7 prone kneel stand depends on game though num 4 is jump with most games other keys are just depend on game like FO3 num 0 would be VATS were as right CTRL and num 0 would be lean in Arma if not using my TIR, in arma Num2 and 5 be zoom.

Stand alone keypads for the win. Ideazon Fang and NT52E Nostromo changed my gaming forever.

I have the fang and what a piece of crap with it's crappy spongy keys's it has. Never mind the fact it not have the keys i need for a good game of Arma for me.
