Funny that basically i have crashes when launch game via Steam. But outside of - it's fine. Maybe is Steam Overlay conflict orso, here...dunno
Because the Nvidia driver i use atm is very stable, 350.12. Any crashes in DiRT Rally (v0.4.1 alpha), GTAV, Project CARS.

This is rather odd. I had a couple of display driver crashes in witcher 3 after 2 driver patches shortly after release. We now have a thread on TPU regarding display driver crashes on a lot of NVidia cards with the recent updated drivers.

Now I'm getting CTD's while reviewing BLADESTORM Nightmare, and apparently it only happens on NVidia cards running 341.44 or later?

Has NVidia done lost its wig?

EDIT: Note - BLADESTORM Nightmare has a memory leak, so that doesn't help either

Which driver version are you on btw? Want to try what you're on tonight to see if alleviates my issues with my review title. It has a memory leak somewhere, and some form of post-processing that's only enabled in the latest drivers is causing a CTD. Need to figure out the latest driver that works, and I recall you using an older driver with more success than others.

I am on 347.88 for BOTH my 780 and 970. The two systems are nearly identical, except one cpu is a 3770 and the other a 3770K.

I've become really leery of Nvidia's drivers the last few months. I will probably never again just update right away. I will evaluate over a period. So far, my observations still tell me there hasn't been one since that is stable.

Drivers newer than 347.xx version crashes randomly even while on desktop for me. While the performance of 353.06 is better on average, there are times where i have big fps drops that last 2-3 seconds in Heroes of the Storm and DOTA2, which are the only 2 other games im playing atm.

And no offence guys, but Nvidia hire some software engineers from AMD in the last few months? huh. what the heck...

A fight vs Endrega insectoids. Tuff one bastards! Homing missile with poison from tail are dangerous! And they prefer walk together, so make fight more harder. Tried all signs and only died... but with Axii / Quen combo very good. Also, + Ekimma potion.

Adam Sessler should review Witcher 3 with the same passion and perfection as he did with Bioshock Infinite because this game deserves it more then any other.

This game is like a book you cant stop reading and the better part is that you are the author of its good or a sad ending.

No offense taken. No offense intended either, but that kind of comment is so outdated. The Witcher 3 has never crashed on my AMD system. I've been running it reasonably well btw, regardless of the early beta driver support status. And from what I've been reading lately, hairworks also isn't working well on high-end nvidia cards (isn't it their technology?). Hehe

Back to action - It's been a while since I played a full blown RPG. TW3 gameplay is great, plot is amusing, but I may confess I'm still a bit lost in its jelly sea of information. Well, let's see if another 20 hours into it will do the trick...

I just found out that there's another crafting bug on 1.05 : you can't craft a better/higher level mutagen if you already have the same mutagens, alchemy page just said that "You already have this item".

When I want to craft another Greater Blue Mutagen, I dropped all of my Greater Blue Mutagen and then go to alchemy page, and voila, you can craft another Greater Blue Mutagen. Temporary solution

Please tell us where you got this info. The last word I got was CDPR positively saying NO DX12. They wanted to concentrate on the best DX11 game possible.
