Canon be damned, I opted to follow the previous two games and cement Geralt's relationship with Triss:

hha! me too. Imo, Triss > Yen. More feminine and gentle girl.
Well... my wife > triss > yen, if honestly, because she will not forgive me, if what, hhha!
Yen is kinda ok, but she is so boring with her dom style. Tru is that her stocking are very good.

I barely caught the whale's tail before he went under again:

Btw, i see you play @kbmod Me mostly @pad. In W3. And it's weird, because i never played really with pad on pc. Only some console exclusives at both consoles. But W3 pc pad support is great and i liked from very beginning and now get used a lot, even use mouse sometimes in UI and sometimes keyboard, for faster exit from inventory/map. Also mouse for crossbow...
But since today i start have desire to throw away pad and roll to kbmod completely. Because autohotkey: macro
And after all is hard to stay without even one mouse in game, so. Better just good and tuned kbmod.

Yeah, I prefer kb, even with games that probably be better with gamepad. I dunno, just feels natural to me.

I love this song. You can hear it in-game when you're exploring Skellige.

This game has an awesome sound track. i like that song but cant it isn't my favorite i however love the one that plays while you fight on Skellige.

Definately a Celtic-influenced song. I love it too! It's responsible for Skellige being my favorite place on the whole map.

About gamepad. The only type of walk that keyboard can't do is slow walk, but this is not Assassin's Creed anyway, so... unless you want to slowly walk while enjoying the scenery.

And have even 2 modes of slow walk. Also 2 of fast. That's nice point.

im replaying witcher 2 so i can refresh my memory and re play 3 after. i felt lost on some of the story on 3 lol
btw i read some were that oculus rift i launching today there a count down on the oculus rift site.

You almost have to start out at the beginning, unless you have a final Witcher save also, for importing into Witcher 2.

Well, here we have the result of my EXCELLENT seamanship! I managed to get my boat completely stuck...on a sunken ship.

I'm only halfway thru level 26, and I'm desperately trying to roam the old maps to get to level 31 so that I can have and actually use upgraded Mastercrafted Griffin everything. I'm at that point in the story that the game suddenly goes on rails, and you can't go anywhere or do any diversions or sidequests, etc, so I'm trying to delay. Trouble is, I don't think there is enough left to do to get to level 31 first.

On my first playthrough, I enter this part of the game at level 24, close to 25. And I finished the game at level 34 (still a lot of unexplored question marks in Skellige).

You'll be surprised at the amount of XP you will get for finishing the part of the game where "you can't go anywhere or do any diversions or sidequests"

@okidna I don't doubt that, but it didn't sound like I would have the opportunity to go to the separate armorer and Blacksmith to make my Mastercrafted Griffin armor and weapons. Or will I?

I didn't even post some of the more silly pictures from Fools Gold. I will probably post more from it tonight. I liked it, since it was a very lighthearted and silly quest. It made for a nice break.

Speaking of silly, my favorite conversations are with Rock Trolls! I almost always laugh.

So I turned the game music off for a while to just listen to my own music while gaming.

Come to realize the music they have in the Witcher 3 adds alot of immersion to the game.... It felt like I was playing a different game with the game music re-enabled.... Really enjoying the different music for the different situations too... They did well with this!

They really did! I haven't found anything they did in the game, from the music, to the in-depth stories, personable rock-trolls to fleshed out sidequests, to the sheer amount of content, and the TWO YEARS of dialog recording they did, that doesn't stand out for me.

I have no problem moving this game clearly to the top of my list for favorite game of all time. It really is for me. I have yet to see a game be this full of content, this long and this huge that wasn't all effed up with problems and conflicting with itself all over. Add on to that, this game is just sheer fun, like I've not had playing a game in a long time.

Got a lot crashes to desktop this morning. 5 times for 1 hour. Don't understand. Turn off steam. After turn off afterburner. But the same in the end.

Now im thinking to do some experiments with Xonar driver..

Im running 352.86 and I had significantly less crashes than the latest.... Actually up until last night I didnt have any crashes at all on 352.86. Last night though in a period of about 30 minutes I got 2 or 3 "Driver stopped working and recovered error" I restarted my computer and set my 970 to default clocks and it hasnt happened since.

Seems to be an intermittent thing...
