They're saying the game's easily over 400 hours long.

Speaking during an E3 2015 roundtable, the game's Lead Producer, Jeff Gardiner, said that he had “played the game probably for 400 hours, and I’m still finding stuff that I haven’t seen yet.”
As is usually the case with Bethesda’s RPG’s, players can usually expect to set aside a hundred hours or so to get properly stuck into them. Fallout 4, on the other hand, looks to take that expectation and essentially quadruple it.
