I shall make my GTX 980 even faster. I think I have some headroom with memory. Core is as high as it'll ever go stable. To my surprise, it's actually faster and more stable with 200W TDP and PWR limits. Go figure XD

Seems to do that to me when an overclock is artifacting slightly. Not sure if you got that or not.
