Im looking for the fastest 1050 ti thats out there. I dont have a price limit just prefer its overclockable

Get a 1060

Fastest of the slow? If budget isnt a concern, why a card that can barely handle 1080p??? The fastest one is maybe a couple percent faster than the slowest...yoy can also look on newegg and the base clocks and see. ;)

Anyway, 1060 or bust bud.. :)

I own a 750 TI and it handles gta5 just fine ,so I'm assuming that the 1050 TI's going to be around 20% faster Atleast I would hope. it really wouldn't matter between the models theres probably gonna be no more than a few percent difference ,just get the cheapest one you can find

Evga
Zotac
Msi
Got the higher rating in a review i read. If overclocking is something you want to do then I'd recommend finding a card that has power plugs some of those units dont .

( of course my recommendation is based on the assumption that you're looking for help with what you asked for help with )

1060 6GB or better

If you are hellbent on a 1050ti instead of a 1060, I recommend going with one that has an external power connector, not just slot powered. These cards won’t have a 100% 75w power limit, and can overclock

This.

I reviewed the Palit KalmX 1050 Ti. If it had an external connector it would've been one golden sample. (it did +250 MHz on stock volts), but the power limit throttling is horrid.

The cheapest one
With the current silicone lottery you'll be just as successful overclocking the cheapest card, as the most expensive 1050Ti.
Just don't buy one of those dual-fan overpriced oversized cards. For such an efficient chip, having a TwinFrozr or Windforce cooling is more of a gimmick than useful cooling solution.
Plus, factory overclocked cards are significantly more expensive, so if you can stretch your budget, might as well shoot for 1060.

1060 There is no fastest 1050ti
pascal doesn't clock

so mod it shunt mod will take care of the power limit

Shunt is for external power connectors like 6 and 8 pin PCIE power.

PS it's shunt, not shut.
so solder one one in tap the board at the peg 12v in line or some ware 12vhot and add a connector

A shunt mod would be detrimental for the motherboard as the PCI E bus is rated for 75 watts. Pulling higher energy through the slot can cause a fire at the worst and a dead board at the best.

If the card has no PCI E power connector, you cannot use any more than 75 watts MAX.

If you're wanting to overclock it, look for one with the highest power limits. The EVGA 1050ti FTW would work for that, and has the better cooler.

I watched this video this morning about GTX 1050 Ti's he doesn't over the EVGA's FTW or MSI Gaming X cards but the more basic of them all:

Another W1zzard review:

i rather to get a used GTX 970 over GTX 1050ti ... or also GTX 1060 GB....
i still don't understand why Nvidia added the "Ti" to lower ends cards... :kookoo:

@Austinpspds if your still checking this
what PC is this going in? Is it a full size case?
since all we have is your question, i would recommend checking the size compatibility with the PC case its going in, if Your limited on space, or need a Low profile GPU, that will need to be addressed. If Your looking to OC, and the PSU can handle it, get a Model that has Power plugs. When You mention cost is not an issue, im going to assume You mean cost of a 1050ti is of no issue,($120-$140 ish) . What purpose is the GPU mainly going to fulfill? gaming?youtube, etc.

One post wonder just like someone that was trying to put power supply cables in backwards
