Could you please verify and check? Also, note that it is not in .rom format. Would a simple rename fix it?

No need to check if you got straight from HIS. yes you can just change the extension to .rom and flash.

No he needs to uncompress it, it is in a zip format, you cannot just change it from zip to ROM he needs a program like Winzip or 7-Zip to uncompress that file first

Also there is no verification needed it came from HIS, directly as long as you gave them all of the information they needed to provide the BIOS file. Listen carefully flash one bios at a time verify between each flash that your monitor comes on.

I have the same GPU but only the 4GB variant. I'm not quite sure if we have the same bios since yours is the 8GB variant but mine is clocked at 1366 graphics and 7000 memory. If you want i can upload it for you.

but every time I flash and restart it gives me a blue screen or when I install the drives, then when I open gpu z it gives me those values, someone knows how I could solve it

if you haven't flashed both bios on your card, you should be able to use the backup rom; just switch the little button near the PCIE power plug.

This one should do the trick with your Micron Memory, there's other VGA BIOS available but only for samsung memory chiplet, this one includes both :

XFX RX 580 VBIOS

8 GB GDDR5, 1366 MHz GPU, 2000 MHz Memory

Please, take note that a GPU flash isn't guaranteed to work and may brick your card.

si no ha actualizado ambas BIOS en su tarjeta, debería poder usar la ROM de respaldo; simplemente cambie el pequeño botón cerca del enchufe PCIE.

Sí, gracias primero estaba usando el botón de copia de seguridad de BIOS, pero ambos no funcionan y muestran lo mismo en gpu Z. Intenté flashear con muchas BIOS y aún sigue siendo el mismo.
