Specs fit a 350X more closely: https://hwbot.org/hardware/videocard/radeon_r7_350x/
However with the discrepancy between GPU-Z saying it's a 200 series instead of a 300 series it isn't clear "What" it is just by looking. The 1515 on the die is the key to it all, find that info and the rest should fall in place.

Because trying to run. I've tried dozens of bios but still haven't found them. Thanks.

Stop trying to flash it for now, until you KNOW what the card is you stand a good chance of bricking it by flashing the wrong BIOS in.
You must know what the card actually is before attempting a flash of it or you could brick it and that's it. Nothing you can do at that point except get another one......
Preferably not from China.

This looks like a Sapphire HD 7730 to me, have one like this but PCB is blue. Seems someone tried to flash it to a R7 240.

If he bricks it he might as well buy a legitimate card.

The only way that the card is going to be able to be determined is that number where it says 218. those RAM chips have no other identifying information other than that little scrambled q code at the bottom but even then it's very difficult to scan those, to be frank with you you've got a paperweight there, chalk up your losses and go buy a real card, nothing that looks like it's made in China. If you need it to 50 or 270 or 370 go look at XFX or Sapphire or his or Asus biostar gigabyte MSI

I will use this card for my little brother. I already have a high level card. Only league of legends will be played. I got good FPS when I tried before the bios were loaded. Also before upgrading the bios, the bios version read Cape Verde 1GB. But gpuz also showed 4gb. The serial number has been deleted. 216-084xx97 or 218-084xx97 probably. but I am not sure.

I do not know. Too old. I know it's a fake. What card am I trying to find?
i sugest you just get new card, is not worth a time to repair fake card, amd R model alr cheap now adays, even you can get secondhand rx4/5 with few bucks, i did recomend rx480/570 for better current 1080p gaming, those are waiting only for $40-$80 depending the condition&model, it could be diffrnt cost at your country tho i believe the gap price should not too far:)

1G isnt enough for games today.

Go get a rx560 1024sp (not RX560D with 896sp) and call it a day. Have model and serial number verified to ensure it is not a 560D model.
