The Comino Otto puts the system builders of the world on notice by offering what is one of the best-designed prebuilt small-form-factor PCs around. Considering it's only 14 liters in overall volume and fully water-cooled, this latest SFF PC will turn more than a few heads for more than a few reasons.

Cool looking system. Thermal data would be a nice addition to the review.

I dunno man. Many companies are moving away from the inefficient SFF designs nowadays. Mac Pro went back to a tower design and the Xbox series X got out of the typical console chassis.

I dunno man. Many companies are moving away from the inefficient SFF designs nowadays.
Inefficient in what way? You mean cooling? A smart ITX case design doesn't fall behind large ATX models. It's not about how much fans (airflow) you can run, but how much of that airflow moves near the heat sources.
Mac Pro went back to a tower design and the Xbox series X got out of the typical console chassis.
Xbox got big because they needed more cooling for the massive AMD chips.

Apple switched back to the tower design, because they wanted Mac Pro to move up the performance spectrum.
You can put 4 high-performance GPUs inside that thing (Radeon Pro Vega II, soon RX5700 XT).
Also, it's not exactly enormous. Without the legs and top handles, the box itself is 22 x 45 x 43 cm - similar to small ATX cases (e.g. Corsair 400Q).

Small desktop isn't needed anymore - MacBook Pro has plenty of CPU performance and eGPU cases make it a complete 1-GPU solution.

This seriously reminds me of my Shuttle P4 3.06HT with ATI X800XT AIW...

I managed to stuff a Zalman CNPS-7000cu into that thing...

It took a rotary tool and several cutters.

There was almost no free space inside that thing.

Weirdest front panel ever , it's like watching someone's intestines through the belly skin

What were they thinking when they created this monstrosity ?
