If Intel are serious about getting competitive products they need to lower prices significantly, otherwise there is no point in buying Intel processors. They are slower in general, more expensive, consume more power, on limited upgradability path and generally way more locked in terms of overclocking, memory overclocking and just good mobo features on the lower end mobo's.

1. The results are only estimates, so why only compare to previous gen AMD processors? No MT results? Well we know why, but this seems pretty disingenuous. Same old Intel (unfortunately).
2. 5Ghz Tiger Lake can only match 5.3GHz Comet Lake in ST workloads? This seems wrong. I understand Comet Lake draws significantly more power, but this doesn’t change the fact that according to these graphs, IPC barely increased, and that can’t be right. Unless TGL-H can’t maintain 5GHz. The results would make sense at 4.5GHz.
3. Strangely the price is missing from Intel ARK.
