Ryzen 7700 & PBO: Stuck at 5.5 Multi

Anyone else getting this on the 7700 non x to where if you try advanced PBO in bios the cpu sticks at 5.5 Multi? Im not thermal throttling and ive tried every combination of settings in that blasted PBO page.
Specs in profile.

EDIT: I even tried flashing to the latest bios to see if that would help. It did have some other settings that did help when moving to a newer version by having some PBO presets.

Found my issue. Values were in milliamps and milliwatts. I was entering in watts and amps values in bios. Silly me for not seeing the minor details.
