I ran into this ad earlier today, while searching for something else...

In case you don't recognize the case, it is identical to those Adison towers which I talked about before. This one features different branding, but really ... it doesn't make any difference. That being said, I still have no idea who made the case and/or under what name/model number.

The only downside is that the item is located in Russia, which is far away (way too far, actually) from my location in Europe *sigh* Oh well... Here's the LINK in case anyone wants to check it out, and/or send it my way :D

Yeah, FAT32. NTFS, like its name suggests, is NT File System. And 95/98/98SE/Me aren't NT-based unlike 2000 and XP and newer ones.

Thats what i thought,Windows 11 only has exFat which is Default on there , other than NTFS.How can i get it to Fat 32?o_O
ExFat is more a file system for USB thumbsticks. Win10/11 doesn't let you format drives bigger than 32GB to FAT32, you need an external program for that.

So I broke a personal rule of mine, and that is buy other people's failed projects. Usually it just leads to headaches. However, when I saw this, I figured I'd give a low offer because of the condition and see what happened.
20230519_141334.jpg

It was advertised as a computer case that happened to include some lower end parts (i5 6400, GTX760). It included a box with a whole ton of brand new water cooling parts, more than enough to finish the system.

Even though it is wasn't a complete loop and should never have had any liquid in it, it somehow was in very rough condition with a lot of brown gunk as well as as corrosion in the radiator and water block. I did not expect any of the water cooling parts installed in the PC to be salvageable.
20230520_105527.jpg

However I made an effort. Soaked and what I could in vinegar, then assembled an incredibly basic loop just to cycle vinegar through it. Pipes completely clear, reservoir clear, pump clean and quiet. The waterblock is not in as good of a state. The corrosion is now gone but the nickel plating is flaking off and I'm honestly surprised it still seals given the condition of it.

This is my first ever go at water cooling, and I just winged it rather than doing the research I should have. I realized this block supports 775, so I chose one of my favorite OC platforms. ROG commando, GTX260. EK Velocity ARGB waterblock, Thermaltake 420mm radiator, Thermaltake pump+res. Petg hardline and nice fittings. Didn't have to buy anything for the loop aside from distilled water.

20230522_161322.jpg

Only problem right now is that I don't have a backplate for the waterblock. System is sealed and all the parts seem to work properly, though.

Expect some overclocking results soon. I want to push some netburst and low end Conroe.

It runs even cooler. Was able to get it mounted properly with the hardware from an aio I had lying around. This X6800 doesn't seem to like to oc very well even ice cold. Might find something else to oc.

Yes. No Win9X OS can use NTFS. For WindowsME your choices are FAT32 and FAT32.

Third party partitioning utility. Easeus or AOMEI both have great free options.

Thanks once again for your valuable information.Lex:)
I understand Windows can't format a disk over 32GB to Fat32. This is one of my fave UK YouTubers
I will do the easy way, I like things as easy as possible :)

I got an PS2 from the local market a couple of weeks ago for £10 which was in
very good condition .I tried it with the ps2 to HMDI nothing worked.Today i received
This one works with it but no controls on the controller work apart from the analog
one lights red ,Why are no buttons on it working? The controller is new.
And yes i have plugged it in the right way ,as you can see from my photo.I thought it should work bearing in mind it has no scratches on it.I am at a loss why the controller does not work.:(It was working i think there is a loose connection somewhere.I had another go at putting a cpu on a motherboard ,this was after another cpu i tried to put on there ended with bent pins. :( 1511 that looks good to me AMD 64 3200.:)Thanks to another one of my fav you-tubers.
. :)He,s right there it was very scary for me hence all those bent pins 1512 :( see that cool Heatsink Fan :)Its
working all for £10 for the console.yet another bargin.

The time is a bit out though the date is right though.I will have to work out what the controles do .o_OI have no idea why the HDMI connecter did not work allthough the guy in rgw video said it did not work on all the PS2 modals.

Paid 20EUR from mine (this is my fourth or fifth PS2 since 2002 lol), came with some games and a third-party controller. I had my old PS2 memory card lying around, got an another (genuine Sony) card bundled with a game I bought from UK, bought a Sony original controller for 5EUR and got a component video cable. Component gives fairly enought good picture on a HDTV so I don't see a reason to get a HDMI converter myself.

I should get a SATA HDD adapter though as the current one has the old IDE interface.

My adapter isn't a Sony one (doesn't even have the RJ45 connector, it's just blank) so it didn't cost much, something like 10EUR.

I exit games just by resetting the whole console. Previously I had the bootloader on the HDD, but now as I have a second memory card, I installed FreeMcBoot to it.

Later versions of that adapter had a label over where the connecter used to be but there was a cutout for it.most of them were from game star i notice there are other makes now to.Cheapest one on eBay £16.50.that is a game star one.Can i use the heatsink fan on the one that does not have one?The one with the fan on is a 774 the other one is 939 i see that they are compatible. The one without is using a AMD 64 3200 will that heatsink fan be good enough bearing in mind it is very small. Or something bigger like 897. The one with the Heatsink Fan on is Athlon 2800 i allready have an Athlon 2800 board that works all though not got it to wotk with SD. :(

Even stock coolers from S754 (2003) can be used this day. I prefer the better ones though (copper pipes and heatpipes) what it comes to AMD stock coolers.

Works fine for 3200+. I use those better ones with higher TDP CPUs (A64 X2 6000+, Phenoms, Phenom IIs).
