This is my best graphics score yet but my best cpu score is a little over 13000 so room for improvement.

#1 score on Solar Bay for Core i9-13900KS + GeForce RTX 4080

GPU is fully stock, too!

This is also the #20 global score for RTX 4080. Not bad for a stock card.

Yeah, it's designed to run on the latest generation RT capable phones like the Galaxy S23. Due to the very light RT workload the gap between AMD's and NVIDIA's performance shrinks significantly, and it can even run at good frame rates on 10 series cards, here's another legendary score but that's mostly because this is the only score with this configuration haha:

Still, interesting use cases. Like this comparison, I expected the 6500 XT to give the 1070 Ti an almighty whoppin given that it does have a few RT cores, but it's barely faster

Barely faster, but more consistent across the sections. :)

Sorry for intruding, but wow, this thread seems to be hosting a collection of (sillicon) lottery winners and/or master tweakers :respect:, congrats to all of you.

I can't seem to get past the "excellent" prefix, but I only just started to discover the fun in hardware tuning.
Even if my chips let me down, I'll still have have an educational time in trying to reach that "legendary" milestone, so: watch your backs and keep pushing the limits , I'll try to come after you

A little competition is always fun, within the boundaries of reason.
And for the sore losers: swallow that turd and move on or you'll keep on having that shitty taste :D:D:D

Seriously, consider me impressed with the scores presented here

And Excellent is fine, just as it says - excellent. The likelihood of achieving a legendary score drops dramatically with the amount of people who own similar hardware, and going by your system specs you have a very common system configuration - probably tons upon tons of people that own a 5900X + 6700 XT, which means that you have to be on the top 1% percentile to achieve it. With your parts, only if you do extreme overclocking, there's no other way.

For example both my Solar Bay scores were legendaries and #1 because... it's not as common a system configuration. Like, 13900KS + 4080? Plausible, probably a bunch of people have this config but haven't run the benchmark yet. Having the highest end aftermarket 4080 available (and one that's priced as high as a common 4090) - I achieved #1 on my stock card without much difficulty and even the #20 global score for my GPU. 13900KS + 1070 Ti? Literally not happening, no one is unironically using a 6 year old Pascal midranger on a system of this caliber. Which means that any score I run is a WR by default. It's obviously a backup card for a rainy day - I repasted it with Kryonaut Extreme yesterday, ice cold :D

You certainly have some points there that make perfect sense.

As said before, I'm happy with the out of the box performance, but just for the fun of it I want to see what the max is I can reach in a benchmark (without extreme OC, I'll leave that to the hardcore folks).
Sometimes I get more satisfaction out of tweaking than playing a game, yeah I know :kookoo::laugh:.

In my previous post I was joking about a few things, but with all the scores posted here in this thread I get quite some insights in what is ultimately possible with different hardware (provided all the stars in the universe are perfectly alligned). So I see it as reference numbers that will give me a good feeling if I get some sort of close, even if that means I'm just number 1,000,001 on the world ranking.

Most likely after finding that peak value for my chip it is mission accomplished and I'll put it back to some lower setting of which I'm sure proves to be stable.

Won't hyjack this thread anymore (unless off course I reach ....:rockout:), keep on posting "Legendary" results you lucky ones: MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU

Get a 6500 XT. It's relatively cheap, and you can just crank every slider to the max, which guarantees your legendary score. :D

Benchmark Scores It's a form of exhibitionism...;-), but fun in a way But showing off is triggering.............
Get a 6500 XT. It's relatively cheap, and you can just crank every slider to the max, which guarantees your legendary score. :D
Ha ha ha, maybe I throw my MSI Geforce Gaming GTX 970 4G back in, that will be a less common combo..
Or even better, my two VTX3D HD 6950 1G cards (must still have them laying around somewhere) in crossfire, that for sure will be a rare combo

nah, I'll pass on this one, not that desperate....

All my benches have been done with custom water cooling.

Many, many years ago these kind of benches did mean something. Now they are so many, that they all are meh.

Nice scores.

Benchmark Scores do not matter, my PC is fast :)
Please don´t use the SOLARBAY Benchmark on PC´s to compare Scores. Because it scales with the Monitorresolution! fore example, here are 2 of my results, the one with the lower score was @4K and then I just set windows to 800X600 and the score jumps up:
