Same thing happened to me, and it's a common issue with Firestorm going all the way back to the GTX10x0 series.
I documented that in this thread:
https://www.reddit.com/r/ZOTAC/comments/z6kyy6
Zotac wanted me to RMA the card, but I found a solution, there's a way to reset the RGB controller in your card.
A Zotac admin in their own website posted a file in an obscure post for the Spectra support page, I had to read through all the posts to find it, you can download the file here:
drive.google.com
Now, that fix worked for my card, and fixed the issue, but a few caveats:
The file was uploaded by a Zotac employee in Taiwan, and it doesn't have a digital signature, so windows will prevent you from running it.l, not even Zotac's American support seemed to be aware of this fix' existence, when I brought it to their attention.
Second, many people who had the same issue on Reddit tried the file and it didn't fix their cards, in those cases the only solution is to RMA your card.
And third, I obviously take no responsibility over what this file may do to your card or your PC, I was desperate and tried everything, cleaning my drivers, uninstalling firestorm, formatting my PC, updating my card's BIOS, trying the card in my son's PC, nothing seemed to fix the issue.
I wanted to avoid at all costs having to RMA my almost brand new card, after all, it was Zotac's own software that broke the RGB lights, and the card was otherwise performing normally.
That's when out of desperation I found that file and decided to give it a shot, I honestly hope it works for you, and you don't have to RMA your card.
You can read all about how I fixed my card in this post:

Good luck, let me know if you decide to give it a try and hope it works for you as it did for me.
One last thing, for all Zotac owners out there, don't use Firestorm, the software is broken and it may actually break your card forcing you to RMA it!
