Hi everyone,
I changed the factory thermal pads with Arctic ATP2560.
It is an HP Pavilion Gaming 15 laptop and since I bought it I have had a lot of problems with Thermal Throttling and Power limit.
I changed the thermal paste but there was no progress. I decided to change thermal pads and paste.
I replaced everything, but again without undervolt I can't reach normal temperatures under intense load. I came across a topic where it is about the same laptop, more precisely the same specifications but with 15C less...
Am I doing something wrong or is the problem in the heatsink?
Incorrect thickness of thermal pads leads to uneven temperature...
Has anyone changed the thermal pads on this laptop or know the thickness because I can't find them in the HP manuals or on the internet??
Laptop model: HP Pavilion Gaming 15 - dk0016nm
In the attachment I leave you pictures before and after the replacement, so tell me if it's okay...
Thanks in advance !
