speedometer version 2.0

Software: PCLinuxOS -- XFCE -- Nvidia proprietary driver -- F2FS (root) file system -- Vivaldi 6.5.3189.3
Hardware: Intel 12600KF (stock) -- Kingston 6000 MHz CL40 -- GTX 650 1GB -- BIOSTAR B760MZ-E PRO -- Antec P6 -- Xilence XP550 -- ARCTIC i35 -- EVO 850 500GB

PCLinuxOS has surprisingly high performance in browser tests like speedometer, JetStream 2.1 and WebXPRT 4.

wow these things are all over the place aren't they?

In the screenshots I see 524 points. And the speedometer scale is made up to a maximum of 140 points.
What's wrong ? Maybe the lower the number, the better the result ? Strange implementation of the benchmark.

I did not do RAM tuning, you can also use RAM that is 37% faster if you would use a high end motherboard, and you can also overclock.
I think 10% higher performance (than my result) is easily achievable with the Intel 12600KF.

I received a new Vivaldi update today (version 6.5.3206.38) and I decided to retest and just this one (minor) version update made the browser 1% faster in speedometer 2.1

It uses an entry-level notebook CPU launched more than thirteen years ago.
The device still works well. Startup and shutdown are fast.
Installing new apps is very fast.
It also has the latest ZFS version so it has more data security than a new MacBook or a new windows11 notebook.

My old laptop from 2007, says 6,89 :)
