Switch installed. It was a lot smaller than I expected.
Not taking pictures of the cabinet, as it's a mess of cables right now and I had to order some more Cat 6 patch cables, as I don't have enough for everything I'll be connecting...

You seen 1080p on a 32" screen? The DPI is 68, not exactly sharp, and 81 on a 27" still not great. Imo 1080p is best on a 24", 1440 at 27"

Here is an example. L is my 34" 3440x1440 screen, R is the 32" 1080

Yep, 24" is max I'd go for 1080p (suggesting for others, would never go below 1440p at this point), even 21" is large. Phones/laptops with 1080p vs 1440p displays are noticable, let alone anything bigger than 20".

It's ridiculous on the 32" a postage stamp size window on my 34" UW dragged to the 32" is the size of a 24" monitor lmao /s

Not sure if a watch is tech, but just got this nice TISSOT tonight for £100 Just ordered a better strap for it.

i'd say 27" max for 1080p ... i have a 27" and a 32" 1080p (the later is a TV, which might explain why, strangely, it doesn't not show brick sized pixels?) and a 32" 1440/1620p

tbf i don't see brick sized pixels on the 32" TV and even less on the 27" (which is used as a "smartTV" with a Mi Stick TV ) ... your picture make me wonder tho :laugh:

buuuutttt the best is still my Medion Erazer X58222 32" 1440p (1620p aka 3k capable) 60hz (well max for 1620p is 60hz, more than enough

but can OC to 75hz in 1440p ) this is the best resolution for me (both 1440p and 1620p) not 4k 5k or ... pffff, 8k :laugh:

although with a RX 7900 XTX 4k, given the game i play, would be doable ...

You missed the context of my point. 32" for a 1080p screen is perfectly fine as long as you're not sitting 12inches from the screen.

To each their own. A LOT of people, myself included, are fine with it. I have 5 PCs currently and only one has displays above 1080p, the gaming system. This system I'm typing on is my main internet/daily driver system and it has dual 1080p screens, one 27" and the other 32". Whether or not individual pixels can be discerned is not relevant. For a lot of people it's not bothersome.

Edit: Correction, I have 6 PCs. Forgot about the one in a the family room connected to the 4k TV. It's really more of a family PC, but I digress. Still...

My brick sized pixel comment was sarcasm, but still, imo 32" 1080 is pants. I know some 32" tv's are 1080, but when you are sat 5 feet from it, it looks pretty good, but sat less than 12" from the 32" 1080 monit, it does not look right good.

absolutley agree with you there, but sat at my desk with the monitor in front of me, it is at most 9-15" away. How far from your desk do you sit in front of your screens(rhetorical question). No one is going to sit 3 or more feet from there desk using their PC are they.

absolutley agree with you there, but sat at my desk with the monitor in front of me, it is at most 9-15" away. How far from your desk do you sit in front of your screens(rhetorical question). No one is going to sit 3 or mor feet frome there desk using their PC are they.

oh, all my screens and TV sit at the same distance, since i use the 32" 1080p TV as screen for my HP Compaq Elite, more of less ... but yeah up close ... it's a brick wall, just checked now :laugh:

I will be using the 32" monitor as a TV in the bedroom with a freeview box connected by HDMI, so for that use it will be pretty sweet.

it´s loosing time, maybe time for a service? you would be surprised what a full cleaning and oiling can do, and you should have a look at the gaskets of the tissot, crown stem and back, just to be on the safe side, I have a Seiko too, but it´s older than most people here lol, Seiko 5 sports it needs a service too
