Phanteks has some good people in my experience. A guy once spent like 30 minutes on the phone with me (or at least that's what it felt like) figuring out which of their heat sinks I had from my very awkward and probably not at all accurate description to send me replacement mounting hardware for like 10 bucks. They seem willing to stand behind their stuff.Postman delivered this today:
