Hello,
I recently downloaded Sekiro Shadows Die Twice Goty Edition, and I am having weird graphical issue where there appears to be black lines on my screen when I'm in the sunlight. I'm not sure what's causing this, but It's getting really annoying. I am currently using 24.3.1 drivers for my gpu which are the latest ones, the temps remain below 70C.
Footage of the bug :

Hi mate!

Do you experience same issues in other games or just in Sekiro?
Only in sekiro, I've just found out It's a problem with shadows, when I lower the quality the bug appears to be more pixelated. At low shadow settings the bug disappears for some reason, but anything higher than that makes the bug reappear
