Just as good as the G7 SE with 1 tiny difference. You can't lock the 2 back buttons. Great controller!

I almost got this myself, retro handheld guy on youtube says its one of the better ones. I used to watch a lot of his stuff, but haven't in recent months. none the less excellent choice!

Yes I know, but screw those comments on news sections...
Appearance: Who the bloody hell cares about tur...*cough* brown-colored fan when it's behind a solid side panel, a meshed front panel that makes the inside barely visible, a case with wooden surroundings and top-of-the-class performance? And when brown-colored fans mean top-of-the-class performance? Seriously I'm glad I'm on a solid side panel, as I would have several foot injuries for kicking the side panel if it was glass / have a lot of trouble placing the case when I moved to new home.
Performance: They did give me a megaton better noise performance. I can have all case fan at ~1000RPM (and probably a lot lower) and they are really that inaudible while keeping everything inside in check.
At this point I'm a silent enthusiast, I chase the best noise performance so...

Price: ... Yes I know, it is not a very rational purchase decision.

Performance: They did give me a megaton better noise performance. It's only when they are above 1150RPM on front / 1250RPM on back they cause trouble, and it's a lot higher than old A14s. And I got at least 4C better on GPU temps, ~2C better on CPU (5800X3D) temps, getting the CPU real close to below 80C on full load.
At this point I'm a silent enthusiast, I chase the best noise performance so...

Price: ... Yes I know, it is not a very rational purchase decision.

I really dislike the selective font sizes.

I am expecting an PS5 Slim Disk Edition tomorrow. This was a total impulse buy because my PS4 is DOA. I mainly use it as a BD player and I was already having to smack it read BDs. So it's a rather expensive, foolish way to get another BD Player.
I do have some great games digitally like RDR2, Detroit Beyond Human, that one with the kid and the "Falcor" thing and my favourite Heavy Rain so I hope it will at least get me couch gaming for a change and I am looking forward to trying the controller. I have owned every PS and never an Xbox and I love my Elite V2 and my previous V1 but not once have I made any effort with my DS4

Excited for you, but seeing as you live in Norway I would have recommended you wait for PS5 Pro to come out next month, an extra few hundred isn't a deal breaker for someone in Norway. Norwegian citizenship is like winning the lottery, promised a great retirement fund, natural resources used for benefiting society and not buying yachts, unlike America. Must be heaven.

I would have liked it if it was a bit bigger, but the bigger models all have joysticks instead. But yeah it's pretty great. Good screen, it sounds good. The triggers on the back rattle a bit, and I haven't figured out how to frame skip yet, but other than that it's quite good. Haven't connected it to a TV yet, I'm quite interested in how that would be.

I have the 3525 ryzen 7 5700u 16gb RAM and it works great w Linux mint. see my sig for specs! I recommend getting a hard case for it tho so it lasts longer.. plus protects from my cats walking on it lol. Mcase/mcover brand on Amazon is your best bet.

2x Pure Wings 3 120mm High Speed

Decided to replace stock fans on Phantom Spirit 120 SE as they are now the loudest fans in my build at low rpm. Since I already did tests with XPG Vento 120's which have fairly large motor and actually showed increased temps in comparison to stock fans (plus motor noise on that thing is something I don't seem to tolerate) I decided to go with Pure Wings instead as they have same motor dimensions as stock fans but should offer better accoustic performance.

While it’s a valid point it will see very little gaming so the Pro wouldn’t really be utilized anyway. I’ve already got the Media Remote on the way too.

I almost bought this same exact chair!!! Gaming chairs have never interested me (I want cushions on the arms and all that other cushion too). Had my eye on the Serta for awhile, outside of the cat issue, do you feel it supports your lower back with proper lumbar support?
