the geforce driver are allowed to read the values from BIOS tables because overclocking Geforce is a supported feature

so I guess this is the quadro driver that is hardcoded with the effective values.

the BIOS frequencies tables are simply ignored, I even tried to write garbage, it made no differences

to cut the story short, I had some assistance to mod the BIOS, then I flashed it, then NOTHING happened
