I had one of their Fractal Prisma fans malfunction, and after exchanging couple emails they offered me a replacement.
They've sent a new replacement fan to Japan all they way from Sweden.

Okay its 30th November.
Today sales in Japan start.
I woke up 3:15 AM, got to Akihabara at 4:30 before first train with a freaking taxi.
Shops staff came already, poor guys having to work from 4 am.
Anyhow its 5 AM so only 5 hours to go lol
