Thanks to @:D:D for reminding me. As per Intel PDF File saying that Intel HX CPUs are affected. Just to make everything clear for everyone HX 8+16 means Raptor Lake while HX 8+8 means Alder Lake. Obviously Alder Lake HX CPUs aren't affected hence the "N/A" while Raptor Lake HX CPUs is affected hence the "No Fix" label.

    WIN & SUCCESS
Just wanted to share good news here regarding for ASUS users with Intel HX CPUs 13th/14th gen :) We did it! After I was grinding against ASUS mods & reps & emails with also the help of other people [while there is some people who's against BIOS/Microcode update :kookoo:] ASUS finally made a move after a long months of fighting. :D

I believe this BIOS/Microcode update will make the EDP Other throttling problem even worse, I don't have an ASUS laptop but my friend who does has and says it's more likely to trigger EDP Other throttling than the old version

but the microcode 0x12B doesn't touch any kind of power management or limits, they actually touch the voltage & how it behaves & how it spikes. If he got Lenovo or MSI laptop... he can lower the EDP Other throttling effected through Advanced BIOS settings. This side effect often called PL4 Bug

So now those OEMs released 0x129 with BIOS update for Intel HX users are:-
    • Dell/Alienware
    • Acer
    • Lenovo
    Shihab

Just want to say, thanks for the scare! Saw an ominously-looking, black thumbnail, read "Lenovo did it," brain automatically concluded that they effed up again and I have to nuke my OS or patch the bios again. -_-

Intel throwing HX users under the bus to avoid court cases from OEMs for the damage that will cause if Intel said that they are affected publicly. So It is easier to simply lie about it and say "Not affected" and release a pdf file silently after months

Good luck seeing that on any tech or media platforms... they will be all busy about Arrow lake. Nice timing choice Intel made... at least no body will notice... the perfect italian job crime

Remember... this is as public info as it gets... no body know what Intel is hiding but I bet you 100% they aren't saying the full truth here.
