  • I just ripped the hole electronics including motor from my Tamiya DT-03 buggy. Tomorrow I'll get a niiiiice package of ESC, sensored brushless motor and stuff. WITNESS ME !!!
Just tested Plasma 6 (KDE Neon Live USB stick) on my dad's old Skylake 3955U based mini PC. He will be migrated to Linux once Windows 10 support stops. And it ran absolutely well. Performance was really good for such an old system (running from USB...), certainly not worse than Windows 10. I'm amazed :)

I like where KDE is going these days. Also, Plasma 6 has (albeit basic) HDR support, which is pretty ncie.

Fully agree. While I personally don't use Plasma/KDE, I think it's a godsend for people that want or (in this case my dad) need a DE that is kinda close to Windows (or better?).
HDR (though neither a topic for me or my dad) is currently most likely limited by being only just implemented by the Wayland protocols. This should get a hell of a lot better in the next couple of months, generally.
