So this be a little late and I can't remember if you made it work, but......testing with 2 x 1440p 165Hz + 1 x 4K120, I'm not sure it is possible for any AMD/Nvidia GPU to keep low mem clock for triple displays, if at least one is 4K high refresh. Adding monitor #3 brings me up to 30W, which is full mem clock (2625MHz). Doesn't matter if it's a native 165Hz panel or 60Hz panel.
